Dan Berlin
After doing tech support for hard-to-use interfaces for many years, Dan Berlin discovered the world of UX when he sat as a participant in a usability study. He quickly quit his job and enrolled in a full-time program at Bentley University to earn an MBA+MSHFID; the best two years of Dan’s adult life.
After graduating, he worked at a digital agency for just over a year where he investigated research methods using biofeedback. He then joined Mad*Pow, a digital agency in New England, where he cultivated and lead their research team for just over ten years.
In 2021, Dan struck out on his own and started Watch City Research, a UX research consultancy. He served on the UXPA Boston board of directors for eight years and is currently the Board Chair of the Waltham Land Trust.
