Odeta shares her story, her struggles in the fitness industry, and how she was able to grow and help people as a coach. A little bit about her: Odeta is a holistic wellness & feminine embodiment coach, yoga practitioner, and breathwork facilitator who uses a wide range of modalities to help women reconnect with their body and emotions, and develop mindful wellness practices so they can move through life confidently and unapologetically, with unshakable self-love. She is fuelled by her passion to help as many people as possible create massive, life-long transformations - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She currently works with clients 1:1 virtually, runs online group coaching and wellness programs, as well as leads in-person transformational workshops, events, and classes.
