In the first episode of this series, I will share in a raw and vulnerable way my journey of loving myself and my body from when I was 12 and I became aware of my body and started my first diet to now. I will explain why I became an undieter and what brought me here today; I will describe my journey struggling with my emotional eating pattern, binge eating disorder, and addictions.
