Dave’s drive and discipline were developed during his employment as a sergeant in the Illinois Army National Guard as one of few handpicked for the sniper team. While the catalyst for his current success, Dave also suffered a traumatic brain injury while deployed leading to another battle: PTSD and a substance misuse disorder.
