little decisions is a podcast about all those small choices we make everyday to be kind both to ourselves and those around us. It’s a podcast about how we build community, how we give each other a hand when we need it most. Each episode features several segments and usually an interview. For episode 11: ask for help, Victoria gets very personal and deep in this shorter but very poignant episode of little decisions podcast. To ask for help is a kindness to ourselves and those who care about us most, and asking for help can be small, little things. Victoria shares an example of a big decision she made in 2019, admist the death of her biological father and followed soon after with the loss of her mother.
For kindness in practice, Victoria sits down with 14 year old graphic novelist and Athens native, Jadin Fielteau to talk about her first published graphic novel titled The Woodlander.
