For episode 11: ask for help, Victoria gets very personal and deep in this shorter but very poignant episode of little decisions podcast. To ask for help is a kindness to ourselves and those who care about us most, and asking for help can be small, little things. Victoria shares an example of a big decision she made in 2019, admist the death of her biological father and followed soon after with the loss of her mother.
For kindness in practice, Victoria sits down with 14 year old graphic novelist and Athens native, Jadin Fielteau to talk about her first published graphic novel titled The Woodlander.
