Moment #4 - When You're Left on Read in Dating
Apr 17, 2023
Chantelle the Coach

Back when I first started dating, I had to learn ALL the basics. No matter how much dating content you consume, some of the lessons you learn ahead of time can't easily be applied in the moment. There's how you feel, all the "what if"s and you're dealing with the unpredicatbility of another person you don't really know.

And as I soon learnt, dealing with not getting a reply in dating is one of the trickiest to balance - you don't want to look needy but you want a reply. You don't want to be left on read but what if something's genuinely happened to them.

There's no exact right or wrong here, but two years on, I've come to my conclusions about how to deal with being left on read and not getting a reply in dating.
