Just because you’re single doesn’t mean you’re lonely… but we know being single makes you more likely to experience loneliness, which can lead to all kinds of knock on effects to your mental health. 

It can make you feel like you don’t matter as much as other people, like no one would notice if you were gone, and like everyone else has other stuff going on all the time and there’s you, at home, wasting your evenings away on apps and box sets.

But I’m here to share with you the real reason you’re feeling lonely, something I discovered during my own personal development journey of finding myself again and understanding what loneliness really was so I could tackle it head on.
