As an Executive Pastry Chef, Peter Boos spent 13 years managing a team of 112 Pastry chefs while working for Emirates Inflight Catering. He has taught DCT Culinary Arts students and in this episode he shares more about his career journey as well as a bit about his love for both fitness and chocolate!
