Episode 108. Joining us for a second time from Verbier, Switzerland is mountain guide and all-round superwoman, Caroline George. I wrote this in the description of the last episode we did, "Working as a guide is one of the most difficult and dangerous jobs I can think of - but also the coolest. Their job is to take clients into the mountains for adventure and make sure everyone gets home alive." Caroline's husband Adam, also a guide, died in a freak helicopter accident with clients earlier this year. This is Caroline's heartbreaking story of this sad day and the aftermath as a single parent. She's a remarkable woman with remarkable resilience.
