The first episode of our "Grieve Outside the Box" Book Podcast series brings a conversation with Yoga Educator, Author, and Conduit, Gail Grossman. She shares how her yoga practice informed her experience in supporting her mother's passing from lung cancer.
In this episode we discuss:
About Gail:
Gail Grossman founded Om Sweet Om Yoga in Port Washington in 2004. In 2018 she was fortunate to have found new caretakers for the community, and Gail remains a teacher and trainer there. Gail has been sharing the gift of yoga since 2000. Her students describe her as a very nurturing teacher who can quietly touch every muscle in their physical and emotional body, which leaves them feeling relaxed, grounded and happy.
