I see Peace by Piece as a space where we try to find the words for the stories we’re stuck on, where we can listen to perspectives outside are own and reflect on where we are and where we want to be with peace. We’re living in a uniquely sensitive moment and Peace by Piece aims to capture the voices of those who are pushing on with peace; to collect their experiences and insights; find out what energises them; and what they’ve salvaged from their own times of darkness.
"I literally felt that I was voiceless as a kid and into my teens and I suppose I've ended up giving voice to those who have been voiceless and who haven't been heard as well."

"We've grown up in a contested, sectarian society. Am I sectarian? I am. The only way to change that and work at that is to acknowledge it."
"I don't seem to be witnessing much listening with our politicians to one another. It almost feels like we need to recover politics."
