Hannah Allgood: Gorge Waterfalls 100K Winner on Running, Sponsors and Redefining our Relationship to our Bodies
Hannah Allgood is a Sports Medicine PT from Colorado Springs, Colorado. This Spring, she won the Gorge Waterfalls 100k in a very competitive field. She has recently signed on as a Dynafit athlete with big goals at races like CCC in August of 2022. We talk about her evolution as a runner, the process of partnering with a sponsor after her win at Gorge Waterfalls and her evolving relationship with food and her body. We also discuss the takeaways from her work as a Physical Therapist and how she approaches her own training, coached by Megan Roche.
