In this episode, I'm sharing my new favorite smoothie addition! I started adding beets to my daughter's smoothies to increase her iron intake and realized that it tasted great and had numerous health benefits, so I'm now adding it to me & my husband's. I'll also share my easy smoothie formula & some additional ingredients I like to add!
