Melanie is a professionally certified, ICF coach who is passionate about empowering others to be the type of leader people want to work for. As a Organizational and Talent Development Specialist of over 19 years, Melanie serves as an executive coach and consultant in the areas of:

Melanie’s experience spans operations, commercial, IT, talent management, government, health care, and academia.
