Unknown:

Welcome to the level up your real estate biz podcast. This podcast was created by real estate professionals for real estate professionals who are looking to level up their business and their life without all the BS and fluff. Hello, and welcome. My name is Lucas Rowell, and I am your host, very excited to have you here today for episode four, mindset and overcoming burnout. Each show our objective is to give you the tactics behind the strategy, so that you can immediately put into practice what you learn because a measurable actions lead to measurable results. So I'm super excited to introduce my co hosts and very special guests for today's episode, this guy's energy is absolutely infectious, okay. And he has an incredible value that he is going to be dropping here today on a very important topic that is affecting not only real estate professionals, but I believe it's an affecting a majority of our population. So coming to us all the way from his new home in Vietnam. Please help me welcome the man. The myth, the legend, Mr. Jeremy. Oh, welcome. You know, before you mentioned my name, I thought you were talking about somebody else for a minute. But introduction, really appreciate it. Yeah, man. How are you doing today? You know, I'm doing fantastic, dude, I'm ready to conquer my day. It's just about 3am here. So excited to have this conversation and just get started with the day and just rock it out. Dude, you're a freakin Animal Man. Like we're getting on as I was messaging guys beforehand on Messenger Jeremy. I'm like, Hey, let's jump on, like 15 minutes before he's like, I don't know if Yeah, I could do 15. And then we get on. And he's like, Yeah, it's like 245. I'm like, oh, like, this guy is an absolute animal, man. You see this energy is bringing it's 245 or in Vietnam. But just really, really excited to get into what we have here today. So yeah, I've been dying to ask you, you know, how has it been? How's the transition been? And like, how did you choose? How did you choose to move to Vietnam? Like, how did how did that come about? Yeah, well, to be honest, I think we're out of our fucking mind. But no, in reality, it's, I guess, you know, if I think about it for a minute, like, the main things are main reasons behind making the move, is I've been with my wife for about seven years, we've been married for about seven years. And she was born and raised in Vietnam. And she is the most supportive and amazing human being in this world. And she has been there every step of the way. But I've just noticed for the last seven years, she's never really been happy in the US. And I visited Vietnam, you know, four different times prior to making that move. However, visiting with that mindset, and having fun versus like, like, you think it's the same, but when you actually get here, and you're living here, you're like, oh, shit, what the fuck that I do. It's like, it's not like, oh, it's it's not, we're not visiting, we're living here. So you don't realize it until you actually do that. And to be honest, I didn't want to overthink it, I didn't want to think through it. I was like, we're just going to do it. And we'll figure it out. Because I don't want to talk myself out of it. But what it comes down to is we needed to make a change for my family. And I because my wife was just never really happy in the US. Also, we had a 20 month old, who's now 22 months. And essentially, we needed more support with helping raise our kid while we both focus on building our business. She misses her home, her culture, etc. So she never would have asked me in a million years to move here. But I just I thought it would be helpful. And so I asked her and yeah, we're here today. So I never thought I would make that move to you. But we're here. We're excited. We're happy. It's been crazy. But yeah, we're excited. We did it. So that's, that's absolutely incredible, man. Congratulations. And, you know, that's yeah, that's what it's all about. Right. It's like tuning in and understanding what it is that's going to help that cohesiveness and help that continue to grow and anticipating, you know, our significant others needs even if they don't bring them forth, you know, it's really being locked in and that's incredible. And I'm I'm really, really excited for you guys. Congratulations on the on the baby. Man. That's awesome. 22 months. Yeah, absolutely. It's been it's been insane. hardest job in the world, by the way, like hardest job in the world is raising a kid like hands down. I know people say that to like, you know, be nice and like, make their wives look amazing. But I actually took care of the kiddo for months at a time. And dude, I went insane, man. So like, it is like the hardest job in the world raising kids. So that yeah, kudos to all the powerful women out there and some men. Exactly. And actually, it gives me a good a good segue to it. Just want to give a quick shout out for not only, you know, the spouses, the folks, everybody that's taking care of the kids and all the parents out there, but also its Military Spouse Appreciation Day as well. So big shout out to our military folks, our support folks, and everybody that's just going in there getting it done every single day. So, absolutely, absolutely thankful for everything that you all do. And as parents, as Jeremy was saying, there's, it's just it's definitely a changes the mindset, and it just is absolutely incredible. So thank you so much. And, you know, congratulations on your journey, brother. And I couldn't agree more with you, brother. So thanks for sharing that and saying that. So tell us a little bit about yourself. Right. So how did you get into real estate, your journey and like where you are today and what that focus is today? Yeah, great question. So it's been a while since I've been asked that. So give me a second to think about it. But I essentially, I've been a licensed Realtor for a little over six years now. And about 10 months before that, is when I started this journey with my wife. You know, I can't remember exactly what it was basically, I think I I got consciously motivated, I got clear about my why. But I also it was a little bit unconscious at the time, but essentially, I decided that I wanted to become financially free and create time freedom for my family, and I and so I got hungry, man, I wasn't making very much money. And oh, I remember now yeah, my wife. So I met my wife. And she wanted to go visit her family. Like, like, once a year. And we did that until COVID happened. And I was like, I'm making like, $12 an hour. How am I gonna go visit? You know, she was making more than me to be honest, like, complete a perfectly honest and she moved from the, from Vietnam to the US. And she was making more money. That's how smart my wife is. She's way smarter than me, still is today. But at the end of the day, yeah, man, I was like, how are we going to like afford a lifestyle of like going traveling internationally, least once a year plus other things we want to do in our life. So I was like, Dude, I gotta find a way to like, just create more wealth in our life and have freedom. And so I got hungry dude, I started doing research. I started going on YouTube, I started just asking questions, reading books, all these different things. I did it for 10 months straight, dude, I was hungry, I'd wake up before work, I do it after work, I would do it on the weekends, we'd go to the light like 24/7, I stopped doing everything I used to do. And I just stayed focused on that goal, because I caught that bug. And then about 10 months into it, I came across investing in real estate. And I was like, this is the way because I wanted to build a massive business where I could have passive income and essentially, ultimately achieve financial freedom and time freedom. However, reading that investment book, it was actually buying hold by Gary Keller, and then I saw one of his other investment books, or one of his other books, and it was called the mrea, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent book, and I read that book, and I got excited about what you could potentially do in real estate. And I was like, Dude, my career is not going to work for me anyways, long term. So I decided to become a real estate agent, build a business, and I got licensed. So that's that's kind of it. Oh, sorry. You asked what I'm doing today? Yeah, sorry. So yeah, so basically got my license, I built a real estate team. And I sold real estate for about five and a half years, until we recently pivoted our business because of that massive change we made for our family. And so now at this point, what I do is I focus on training full time, basically cells and high performance coaching. And I focus on growing my expansion team. Outstanding, outstanding Brother, what a journey. So you. And this is like the story that we hear a lot of us we kind of fall into real estate right there. There are a few out there that that are like, Oh, that's what I always wanted to do, right. But a lot of us fell into it kind of one way or another. And we just we just ran with it and was able to help make what we found. And then we find a new path and real estate. And that's kind of the interesting thing about it is there just so many different ways that you can go, that you could never get tired, you could never get bored, right? And there's so many different ways that you can help and lift people up and help the wind. So it's constantly changing and constantly evolving, which is really fun. If you if you want if you want to keep yourself engaged, right. So I agree with you. 100%. Yep. Outstanding. So help before before we jump into kind of this next part here, right? So you started as an agent, and then you you know, you built you built your team or you built your business and then you're you moved on to, you know, to become a success coach. What happened in between there like what type of, you know, what were you doing volume wise, what were you doing deal wise? Just yeah, just average if, you know, we're going around? No, absolutely, absolutely. So basically, so about five years into the business. My real estate team was a small real estate team. It was growing, but it was a small real estate team. So I was myself a full time admin associate At 1.2 sells agents, but that person was only with me for a couple months. So it really was just one solid seller's agent and myself. And we were just that small, tight niche team and working on growing. But basically, at that time, when I had left the industry, we had done a little over $500,000 in gross commission income, roughly 50 cells. And we have grown about. Let's see, we have grown about we've tripled our business in the last 18 months. So we had a really good growth rate. And we're on track to do a million dollars GCI within the next 12 months. So basically, we had a good healthy business. And it was really hard to actually walk away from that I talked to my coach and I told my coach, I put together a game plan with my coach, and I said, Okay, this is what we're going to do. I talked to my wife, I'm going to move to Vietnam, but it's not going to be for three to four years, my wife's gonna move there first and 12 months, I'm going to continue to build the real estate team, we're so close to the million dollar GCI Mark, I want to get it to a couple million dollars exit the business, at which point I'm going to run it like a business from Vietnam, and he said, You're a fucking idiot. That's like basically exactly what he said. And by the way, this is Jason smart, if you want to send that to me. And so you know, he's an awesome dude, one of my best co actually the best coach I ever had the opportunity of working with, and now we're business partners. But essentially, he's like, Dude, I've been through divorce. I've been there. And I've done that. And you don't want to do that. And I'm telling you, if you make that decision to not move there with your family, and have your family moved there ahead of time, that's really going to put your family in a difficult difficult spot. So he's like, dude, let's pivot your business. And his idea was to keep my real estate team going and, and continue and didn't focus on my expansion team at exp. But ultimately, I wanted to focus on one thing, right? So I decided to focus on one thing go big or go home kind of thing. So I disbanded the team. And I went all in on coaching and building my expansion team. So that's kind of how it went down. What a journey man. I know, I said it before. But that's, that's absolutely incredible. And thank you for jumping a little deeper into that. Because, you know, a lot of a lot of our listeners, as I mentioned, our listeners are mostly real estate agents, real estate brokers, people that are in that space, small business, you know, the entrepreneurial space. And you know, some of them have large teams, some of them are just getting started. Some of them are just themselves. Some of them are in the process of building. So it's, it's important to understand, like, where you can go and how you can build that out. And what can you know what can come and those are huge numbers, man. So you made short work of absolutely kicking ass and taking names and leading with enormous value. So awesome. Awesome, awesome. Work on that man. Awesome. Thanks, man. All right, so let's jump into so so now we're here, we're helping lift up others, right. So you're helping helping folks find homes, you are helping your team to be more successful. And now you're able to you're bringing all of the knowledge that you gained, as well as all of the knowledge, you know, from all of your coaches and all the different things that you've been doing. You're pulling that all in your life experiences, and now you're helping others to absolutely crush it in the industry. So let's say I'm an agent, and I'm a person listening, and I'm having difficulty getting into that right mindset. And I'm feeling maybe burnt out? What are some of the tips that you could give us to be able to maybe adjust that mindset, and really get aligned with our goals and maybe be more productive in our life as well as in our business? Yeah, well, it's like Nike says, Just do it. I'm just getting, it's a little bit more complicated than that. I honestly hate when people like, just do it, just do it. But you know, it's a great question. Thank you for asking. And to be completely frank. You know, I have this belief system, I learned it from Tony, that life can happen for you or to you, depending on where you place your focus. And I happen to always place my focus on life always happens for me, right? And so I bring this up because I was a mess. I became an addict. At some point in my life, I had no intentions of doing that. I didn't know what I was doing could become addictive. And it really fucked me up dude. Like, it messed me up. It was years ago. And I mean, I was, it was about, I'd say about four or five years ago, I was I was new into my real estate business. And my first year or not, first year, like the first 14 months, I did like $150,000 in sales. And then my next I think was 18 months, my next 18 months, I did$50,000 in sales for 18 months, right? And that's because the addiction took over I can function as a human being my and I'm keeping some context so we can understand why this is so important. So I couldn't function as a human being. I ran ourselves out of savings, and we had a lot of savings that were really close to six figures and savings. And and I ran a strike, my wife had to go back to work. We got down to about three to$5,000 in the bank. And I didn't feel very good as a human being because I let myself down. I let my wife down. And I just I couldn't function right. And so my wife actually introduced me to Tony Robbins. I didn't know who the frickin guy was. And anyways, I went I saw him I went in person. I caught the bug. I still felt like you know what? don't know if I can really get better I went to another in person, seminar and I went to for over the last like five years, I was coached by the number one Tony Robbins coach in his organization at the time, he was like the top for two years in a row. And so basically, I just, I needed to find a way to build a function sustainably at a high level, especially since I lost my grounding, right. And so, the reason why I bring that up is because if you are feeling like your mindset is not where you want it to be, or you're starting to feel like you're burnt out, or at some point you do face that, we need to find ways that we can get conscious about addressing that problem. So we can stay motivated, and stay in the game, right. So what I did was I got stupid, insanely obsessed with high performance psychology, and how to really just maximize, just maximize everything in life. So I can perform at the highest level, right. So essentially, what I'm getting at is that addiction at the time felt like the worst thing that ever happened to me. But it was actually a gift, it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me honestly, my wife would think the same say the same thing to you, if she was on this call. It helped me become the person I am today. Because through adversity, we have an opportunity to grow. And that's what I chose to do. And so let's talk about in this call, specifically what I do to maintain a solid mindset, and, and to avoid burnout. So that way, your listeners and anybody yourself maybe and your listeners can really take something away. And that way they can they can do it themselves, stay grounded and keep pushing along. So before we do that, I think it's important to you to note the two main things that I have identified that allow me and my coaching clients to stay the course, which really comes down to excuse me, it really comes down to two things, managing your energy levels, and managing your stress levels. So I want to make a case, let me ask you a question. So I can really hone this in and put this into perspective. That way we can really understand that these truly are two key things. We need to be doing stress levels and energy levels. Okay. So, I want you to imagine for a minute, Lucas, that you are stressed out of your fucking mind to stress out of your fucking mind. Your energy is shitty. How motivated do you think you're gonna feel on a day to day basis? No, no, you're not gonna You're not gonna want to get up you're not gonna want to trek through right? That fire that you may have had slowly, bit by bit extinguished, extinguished, extinguish until you have nothing but a smolder. Exactly, because your energy shit. And you're stressed like crazy right? Now, in contrast to that, in contrast to that, if you, I want you to imagine that your energy levels are frickin off the charts, okay? And your stress levels are non existent because you don't feel fucking stress because you have a routine and habits that keep yourself like in a good mindset all the time. How much more motivated Would you feel? And once you conquer all your goals and just like conquer the world, do absolutely absolutely zero change zero things holding back would just crashed through everything. Exactly. Because what I've learned is with the right state, in other words, if you can learn to control your state and put yourself in the best state, a peak state where you feel the best you think the best you perform the best. You're like, shit, dude, I already took care of myself, my family's good over here, what else am I got left to do? I got to build something to get this energy out, right. And that's what I want to give back to people in this world. Because I was at a place where I didn't want to live anymore. I didn't want to, I didn't want to do anything anymore, right. But now I love my life. My family and I are happy, we can live life on our own terms because I learned how to manage my own psychology. So let's fucking jump into it, brother, let's get into those those key things that I think people need to take away. And actually one more thing to mention, before we do that, there's two other things you need to understand to keep yourself motivated. But I don't want to go into depth into these in today's topic, but just be conscious of them. Okay, so first and foremost, is having a strong y like you need, you must have a strong y to pull you through those tough times. You need to get 100% clear about what your y is, and connect it emotionally back to what you are doing every single day. So you can remind yourself that, hey, I'm doing this because it's going to do this for myself, my family, whatever your y is, right? So make sure you're very clear about that. And remind yourself every single day, keep it at the forefront. Okay? Second, you need to understand the mind body connection. A strong body equals a strong mind and vice versa. This is paramount to understand because what you put into your body and mind and how you use your body and mind absolutely affects the way we feel. It affects our stress levels and our energy levels. So when you can learn to control that and manipulate it consciously, you're going to be able to perform when you want to perform. Right. So yeah, let's get into it. So here are fire broke. I'm pretty excited to share. It's only 323. We still got a few minutes left in our day. I'm still six. Sorry, go ahead. Go ahead. No, ma'am. Let's go. What do you got? I'm excited. So here, so get ready to write these down. Okay, so here are the five key habits you need to be doing every single day in order to maintain a peak state, reduce stress, and just have awesome fucking energy. Okay, so step one, habit one is low intensity cardio, okay, so not just cardio, not just working out, specifically, low intensity cardio. And let me basically explain what that means. And and actually, before I do that, let me mention a book where I learned this from so people and listeners can go and grab this book, I have nothing to do with it. And they can learn more about how our body operates. It's called Slow Burn. It's an amazing book, write it down. And this is where I learned these cool tips. So basically, you want to be doing, excuse me, you want to be doing low intensity cardio, every single day, this is going to do a couple things. So first and foremost, by doing low intensity cardio, it's going to train your body to get its energy source two drives energy source from your fat storage, rather than your sugar storage, which your fat storage has like 150,000 calories, your sugar storage has like 3000 calories, which is designed for fight and flight, right. So if you are training your body to draw its energy from your sugar storage, what's going to happen is you'll get a burst of energy, but then you're drop bursts of energy, and you'll drop and that's not very good. And that's going to kill your energy throughout the day. But if you can train your body by teaching your body that hey, you know what, there's no threats, there's nothing, nothing going on, everything's fine. Just just go for a nice jog, or a fast paced walk, like a solid jog or a fast paced walk, this is going to train your body that, hey, it's just a beautiful day. And we're just exercising our body. And it's going to draw from your fat storage, which is going to give you sustainable energy throughout the day. It's going to give you stable energy throughout the day when you do that. Okay, so another benefit by doing this specifically with low intensity cardio, is this going to actually increase your and everything I'm talking about is obviously backed up by research, right? So the second thing it does is it actually increases your energy levels by 20%. Okay, so who would like an extra 20% of energy every single day? And because there's no pill for this, but there's absolutely cardio so definitely do something cardio, right? So 20% More energy every single day. And then on top of that, it releases a bunch of amazing beautiful, wonderful chemicals and hormones in our brain and, and endorphins. So let's get into that. So So basically, first and foremost, it releases dopamine. Now dopamine is the motivation chemical. Okay, so people are struggling, staying motivated. It's not because it's a bad market, it doesn't matter what's going on out there externally. It's all about what's happening internally, right? When we can learn to control our internal environment, the external world doesn't fucking matter. Trust me, okay. So learn to manipulate your biochemistry and you will always be in a peaceful state and avoid that burnout and stay keep that positive mindset so so dopamine levels, control your motivation levels, okay, so get a healthy release of dopamine, then second, or third or fourth is serotonin. So your brain actually releases serotonin when you do cardio, which is the happy chemical. So let's let's do that as well. It also helps you sleep better. And it also, this is one of my favorite, it also makes you 60% more creative than you would be. Otherwise, if you didn't do cardio, that is six, zero. That's a big number. Like are you fucking kidding me when I saw that? I've been doing it for years. But then when I saw the resource, I was like, no wonder why I'm so fucking smart. When I get off that treadmill. That's where I do my best thinking, man. I'm walking and I'm like, trying to read stuff up or I'm doing like it's low intensity kind of workout and like, Oh, I gotta stop and then I find myself typing, typing typing. On the same way man to see I'm like, Dude, I just want to get on the treadmill. But fuck, dude, I got ideas coming out. Dude. That's like, where I create everything. Literally that 60 minutes. 90 3060 minutes is where everything's created. 100% and, excuse me, it makes us more creative throughout the day to you not just right there. But basically, if you could take a pill that made you 60% Six 0% more creative every single day. Would you take it? Of course you fucking would. Well, there's not a pill. But all you need to do is 30 minutes of cardio. The research shows us 2530 35 minutes of cardio every single day. And there you go. You get all those help. And it's it's so that's like the first habit we want to master. Okay. People would pay millions. Yeah, we're talking right here, guys, right? Millions of dollars for a pill that's going to make you 60% Or Here you go. 2530 minutes of cardio. And it's not just for you. It's not just going to make sense of outstand we don't have to wait for the pill to come out. Let's just start doing what we already know works and Everybody can do cardio even if you're on a treadmill, just get out there, jog whatever, right? Excuse me. Okay, the second key habit that you need to be doing every single day to to manage those levels is essentially understanding and leveraging the triad, which I learned from Tony Robbins, which is essentially the triad, think of it as like a triangle, okay? Now each point represents something. So the first point is your physiology. Second point is your language. And third point is your focus, okay. So essentially, when you learn to control your physiology, language and focus, you actually learn to control your state the way you feel, and how your body is operating biochemically. So therefore, you can actually reduce stress, be happier, be more motivated and create more energy just by learning to manipulate your body. And I'll give you some specific examples. But before I actually go into what I do, specifically, with the triad leveraging the triad, I think it's important to reference a Harvard study that was done. So in this Harvard study, they concluded that within as little as two minutes, okay, so it for those of you that are watching this on video, look at my body. So as you can see, I'm standing up tall, my shoulders are back, and my head is up, right. That's why they probably look a little funny on camera, because I'm trying to keep my head up to maintain a good title chemistry. So anyways, stand up tall, shoulders back, and head up, okay? Now, when you do this, you're basically doing what a Superman pose or Wonder Woman pose, okay. And what they found is, when you do one of these poses, one of these power poses, your chemistry shifts in a positive way, you actually increase your testosterone levels by 20%. Within two minutes, two minutes of doing this, and if you do the opposite, which is like putting your head down, shoulders forward and not a straight position, kind of like a depressed position, you're actually going to decrease your testosterone levels by 10%. Okay, now, another benefit is, when you do this, you're gonna reduce your cortisol levels by 25%, which is your stress hormone. Okay, you're gonna be 25% Less stress, just by holding your body correctly for two minutes. Who needs to do that? Right? None of you guys are stressed right? Now, with anything that's been going on in the world. Don't stress, don't stress. Why are we listening to this? Right? And Lucas, if somebody's like, you know what, that takes too long. For me. I am I'm gonna quit fucking coaching. Because it's two minutes. Okay. Two minutes. They actually in the, in the, in the study, in this study, they actually said some of the great ways for people that because it wasn't done for relatives, right, it was just done on the population, right. But they said, You know what, one of the great ways to use this is for people that are going into interviews, you can literally go into the interview, and you can hold your body in a certain way for two minutes, go into the bathroom, go into a stall, and then walk back out like a boss and then conquer your interview by just being a little bit more confident, a little bit less stress, and get shit done. Right. So. So basically, it reduces your cortisol levels stress hormone by 25%. And if you do the opposite, you hold your body in a shitty position, it actually increases cortisol levels by 15%. So it actually makes you more stressed. Okay. So the conclusion of this study, they said that when you hold your body in a certain way, it actually makes you 33% more likely to take action, okay? That's because when you do this correctly, you have a 20 to 30% more testosterone in your body, you're basically 20 to 30% more confident based on the way you hold your body are 25 to 40% less stress. So let's let's start holding our bodies correctly and leveraging this key thing so I'll go into like specific ideas unless you had questions about so far, but alright. Alright guys, if you literally turned off right now and you're like, Okay, I gotta go do you have literally pulled so much value right there, right. You could even be sitting there you sitting there you make you know, you're making dinner, whatever, Superman pose, right? Get yourself up, get your mind like this is this is absolutely incredible, Jeremy, so I want to let you keep going, Man, I'm not going to ask you any questions, but just wanted to say like, this is some absolutely insane value, and really, really appreciate you bringing this in a way that's easy to unpack and understand. So this is absolutely incredible. Awesome, man. Thank you so much. And here's the thing, too, it's important for people to understand, when you first do it, it feels very uncomfortable. It doesn't feel natural, and that's okay. You don't need it to ever feel natural. You got to do sometimes it's a two millimeter shift. Right? So Tony, when he gets up on stage, he goes, he goes, how big of a shift is it? It's two millimeters. This? No, it's this. It's not this. It's this. It's not this. It's not that. So for those of you that are not on video, you're like, What is he doing? I'm basically moving my chest, basically in a little bit of a depressed position versus completely standing up straight, just moving to two millimeters. But that little shift is a game changer. So learn to hold yourself. Put your chest out a little bit. People think you're a little bit weird, maybe a little bit cocky, but it's what you need to do to just get yourself in the right mindset. So yeah, so let's get into specifically how I use physiology language and focus basically in my day to day routine to do that outside of like the Harvard study, right. So essentially A couple of key things I do, and I'm just going to touch on them. But if you want to go in deeper in any of these things, definitely ask me questions about it. Excuse me, but essentially, first and foremost, I do incantations first thing in the morning, which are basically like affirmations, which most people are familiar with affirmations, but they're done with intensity and certainty because that's what registers with your nervous system. If you say, I am awesome, I am amazing, I'm going to get shit done. It's not going to really do anything. But if you actually really engage your nervous system, if you're if you're going to wake your body up, communicate with your subconscious mind, and your body's like, Fuck, what are we doing? And it's going to just get on board right? So basically, patients. Okay, here we go. So it's kind of like more fun or maybe it's even harder to watch when you see me on video, but I'm gonna do it. Okay, I'm gonna do I'm gonna go like half ass or you want to go full hour, dude all the way, bro. Okay, sure, it's gonna come out. Level up your real estate business without all the BS and fluff. So let's go. Kill yourself. Here we go. I now command my subconscious mind to direct me to helping as many people as possible to better their lives by getting the strength emotional persuasion, humor, the brevity whatever it takes to show these people and get people to change the light. Now. I now command my subconscious mind. And sorry. I now command my subconscious mind to direct me and helping as many people as possible today to better their lives. But give me the strength, the motion persuasions, humor, the brevity whatever it takes to show these people and get these people to change your life now. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, thank you. That's one that gets me in the right state to perform every single day right before you get on my calls and things like that. But one cool incantation I do every single day to start my day is a little bit different. But you know what, we'll get into that on a different call. Because I know that we've been going a lot longer than I expected. So So anyways, that's what an incantation can look like. But basically do it like get into it. Don't Don't just talk about it. But really engage your nervous system. Wake up your body stand up tall, and really just do it with passion. Right. So can I jump in? Yeah, go ahead. Yeah. All right. So guys, the reason I had Jeremy do that, okay, is the only way that we grow right, is by moving out of our comfort zone at anytime, right? Jeremy didn't know, I was gonna ask him to do that. Okay. But just like with anything, right? We're constantly there's no, there's no growth and comfort zone. So it may make you feel uncomfortable. But you have to step out of that to be able to get to that next level. And you've got to leave behind that, oh, you know, what are other people going to think or what's it's not their business don't care, right? You're coming to this is about you, getting yourself in your business and your family to the next level. And that's what it's all about. And that's what Jeremy does every single day. And that's what he coaches people to do every single day. And that's what we talk about with our team every single day. Right? Let go the old in with the new. Awesome, Jeremy. All right, back to you, bro. Cool. Yeah, so I'm going to speed it up just a little bit. So we can make sure we hit a good solid time. So it's not too long. So basically, not that I wasn't already talking fast enough. I've been told that before. But here we go. So basically, a couple other things you can do leveraging the triad is practicing gratefulness, which I do every morning as well. And, and basically, that just engages your physiology, your language and your focus again, it shifts your your state and your biochemistry. And third is I also do fake smiling, fake smile. And there's actually research on fake smiling, okay, believe it or not, but I do fake smiling first thing in the morning. And I do it throughout the day, because it's the quickest way I can get a hit of the right biochemicals in my body that I want to release. When I need to write so in other words, if I'm just like, I'm not feeling very confident, or stress starts to set in, if I start to feel stress coming in my body, I'm like, Oh, my brain starts to focus on all the wrong things. My language starts to go to shit, my physiology starts to shut down. And I'm like, I gotta get back in control, right? So dude, I override the system. I put on a fucking fake smile. And I just smile until I feel better, right? And then once I start, because you shift your physiology first, right? And then you start feeling better. And you're like, shit, well, now I feel better. I'm gonna start cleaning up that language. You know what, I'm gonna fucking get the shit done today. And then I start cleaning up that language, my Focus starts to shift and then I do that and bam, I'm in a good state. So these are things you can do throughout the day, just little quick things. And also, when you wake up, you're like, Fuck, I gotta do all that shit today. Well, don't don't, don't start thinking about it. Just build a habit that interrupts those old patterns so you can get into a great state first in the morning. That's why I smile and it's called fake smiling, but it's amazing. It feels feels real by the time you're done with it. And let me specifically mentioned something about that. The reason why it works is because I can't remember the exact number but we have like 80 facial muscles in our face, okay. And when you smile, your brain when you fake smile or smile, your brain does not know the difference between what you're really who is a genuine smile versus a fake smile. So it activates the exact same things as if you were actually happy. That's why they created things called laughter Repeat to actually heals people's body because it releases chemistry in your body that's good for you, right? So fucking fake smile all day long every day. You know, you just pass it along, pass along, and then you change so many other people's days without them even realizing it. I love it. Dude. They actually say share that in the study, they say it's actually infectious. So even if so you can do this by yourself. But they said you should do the public service by doing it in front of other people because it actually engages their mirror neurons. And it gives them some of the same benefits that you get, even if they're not smiling. So absolutely. Smile on. So, okay, the last one I do with incantations is standing up. I don't know if you guys see me right now. But if you're on video, I'm standing up, okay, I stand up. When I make my calls. I stand up when I do my presentations. Because it puts me in the best state, I don't sit down and slumped down. Say, Hey, guys, I'm super excited to get into this presentation today. No, my, when you do that, your voice drops, everything drops, your energy drops. So stand up while you're making your calls. In that one right there. It's really a quick one. But honestly, if you take two seconds to think about that, I gotta make calls to get real estate business every single day. If I just made that to move, or shift and stood up while I was making calls, how much more business could I get, because I'd be more confident I'd be less stressed, I'd be more likely to take action. By the way, the number one agent, at least at one point in time in the world. He's he no pun intended, he stands by standing up when making calls, and lots of other people do too. So definitely do this in your business. So there's that. Okay, cool. So the third thing is, is taking cold showers, I'm not gonna go into detail about this, because it's pretty simple. Just go take a fucking cold shower. And so basically taking cold showers, there's a lot of health benefits, not gonna go into research. There's lots of research out there. I've been doing this for years. So that was one of the first things I did when I was an addict. I wasn't very disciplined, and I started doing that. And that started to train my brain. So do cold showers every day, it has a lot of health benefits, it will really help you I swear by Okay. Fourth thing you need to be doing is intermittent fasting. Okay. So intermittent fasting, which let me let me let me let me mention this, I'm not a doctor. So I don't know if you guys have any health problems. Certainly, that's you, you might want to consult with your physician or doctor, before listening to any of my health advice, because I'm not a doctor. But But I have tested stuff myself, there's a lot of research, but definitely do whatever is best for you. But ultimately, intermittent fasting has a lot of benefits. But the main reason why I do is because it's basically time restricted eating windows where you don't eat and when you do eat. And so every single day, I don't eat for about 19 hours, and then I eat for about a five hour period. And it's important to note that when I do start eating, during that window of eating, I eat very light snacks until I finished my workday, because Because digesting food in your body is one of the number one energy consumption activities that is out there period. So food does not give you energy, your fat storage is what you run off of. But when you give yourself food in the moment, all you're doing is using energy to digest food. So do it at key times, so you don't interrupt your performance. Okay, number five. Number five is healthy eating, which is common sense. But if you don't know the research behind it, it's really helpful to understand that so you can really get behind it a little bit better. So basically, the research between behind healthy eating is that it increases your energy levels, it decreases stress, and helps you regulate your mood better because bad food junk food, dis regulates your mood and stress and kills your energy, all these things. And if you actually think about it consciously for just a second, when you put garbage into your body, you're basically poisoning your body, it's a toxin in your body. And what happens when your your body gets poisoned, your body has to go into overdrive, to fix the problem to work on the problem. So when you put that bad food in your body, it's not just weight gain, it's actually an energy killer because your body has to use energy to heal your body and free yourself. So stop poising your body and and and just really just level up that energy. So that's it as far as like those five key habits I do every single day to get myself in that right state. But there's one last thing I want to address just to make sure listeners know what not to do, because it's really important also to know what not to do throughout your day, because the things I'm going to mention are essentially, dopamine hijackers, they're basically opening activities that release like way too much dopamine, which has two negative long term effects. One, it can become addictive. But too, when you do an activity that releases too much dopamine, it actually disrupts your dopamine homeostasis. And what happens is long term effect of that is you kills your fucking motivation. So if you want to be motivated, and actually stay motivated, make sure you don't have these dopamine hijackers that are in your life that you don't even know about. And you're slowly but secretly killing your motivation. So what those look like are is number one social media. So obviously, you can't remove everything, but you can significantly reduce all of these. Okay, so number one is social media. Number two is technology devices and my recommendation with technology devices is time block when you're going to get back to people don't look at your fucking phone 24/7 All day long, and get that hit of dopamine No, take three to four hours in the day where you're going to get back to people and outside of that don't look at your phone. That's how you're going to help your brain with dopamine levels, things like that. So basically, technology devices, junk food, pornography, too much sex. Yeah, we're gonna get real, real on this on this call. But these are all dopamine activities, right? And so at the end of the day, like there's nothing wrong with sex, let me be clear, but too much sex and overstimulating your brain is a problem, pornography period as a problem. Drugs are obviously a problem coffee, and sugar. So maybe you knew all these, maybe it didn't all these, but if you are really trying to get yourself motivated and stay in the game, really look at yourself, honestly, and your diet and your lifestyle and everything and maybe change up a few key habits. So that's it, brother, if you have any questions, let me know. But yeah, that's what I do every day. Microphone microphone drop, man. That was That was incredible, guys. So the the neat thing, you know, when I came to meet Jeremy and I heard him speak, I'm like, Dude, this guy is, like I said, his energy is absolutely infectious. But now you know why? Right? Now you know why he's taking. He's taking himself and he's changing his state, he is consciously saying, hey, I want to be like this, I want to be able to achieve these results. And this is how I'm going to get there, right. And now he has taken the time to share with us some very simple and easy to do things that we can do in our lives, to be able to get in that peak state, remain in that peak state and be able to pass that on to others, right, be able to share that with others, and continue to affect those that are around us, which is then going to feed back to us. So that was absolutely absolutely amazing. Jeremy, I really appreciate you taking time to dive as far in as you did. That was amazing. That was the first time incredible. Awesome, thank you so much, brother. I really appreciate it. And yeah, excited, I'm hopeful. I'm really hopeful that this helps somebody because like I said, you know, real estate, I do love real estate, but I love love psychology, personal development. I'm super passionate about it. And I think it's because without it, I probably wouldn't be here today. And that's why I truly care. And it's not about just money to me when it comes to my psychology and helping other people's with it. Because I can totally relate to somebody who if they're if they're not in a good place, I've been in really, really hard spots in my life. And this is what allows me to stay grounded and always show up and just stay the course the long term once I put this together my routine. Awesome, brother. So let's take that. And let's jump into one of the things that I wrote down. Right. And I noticed it was in our questions. So I want to actually jump forward to it. You You mentioned it's important to have a strong why right and not just have a strong line but emotionally anchor it right. Yep and what that means to you so this is something that you know I talk about with my team all the time. It's super important. We talked about commitments we don't like goals goals are lofty commitments you commit yourself a different psychology shifts like we talked about right? But taking those commitments tying those to their why taking that why and anchoring it as you said to you know to that emotional state, could you share with us what what is your why? What's your why brother? I don't know Do you know when That'd be terrible? Like it's like I'm so unconscious about it? No, no 100% Dude, so here's the thing, everybody has a y if they're if they're if they're really succeeding at a high level some people are not conscious about it. Some people are unconscious about it. So my goal is always bringing conscious competency to my coaching clients. So they're like oh, I don't I don't need a strong psychology. No, no, you're just you just luckily have a pretty solid unconscious ability to maintain a positive psychology but if you're not conscious about it, you can get to that next level right? And then some people are like, You know what, I just can't do it and that or they know what they're doing and but they can't figure it out. And those are the people who are more conscious. So yeah, so basically your why is everything and you know, it's kind of funny, like my Y is continuously evolving, right? It's just constantly changing. So my wife seven years ago versus today is different but still very very similar but different. I've added onto my why but my my core Why is to create financial freedom and time freedom. And now location freedom It didn't used to be I need to I need to maintain location freedom now that I'm not us, but that's why it's evolving but yeah, initially it was financial freedom and time freedom for my family and I and, and really just to give back to my wife because like, dude, If you guys just knew like, I mean, anybody who's married knows that it's not perfect behind the scenes, although there are a few people who seem to have it together a lot better than most people. I took me a long time to get there in my marriage. But yeah, I do if people really knew how much pain I put my wife through, because of everything that I had fucked up in myself in my life, they would understand why I do what I do. And so basically, like, like, just having somebody by your side that is so committed and supportive and been there every step of the way. And has never, to to make me feel like if your wife doesn't make you fucking cry out a why rather, you don't even like, like, it's like, the thing is like, we tend not to want to get emotional. But the problem is, that's why people can't get committed, because they're not getting emotional, right? In other words, I used to do this very unconsciously. But I've learned to train myself consciously that if I want to really instill a new Why am I nervous system, I actually practice it consciously. And I actually train my nervous system by feeling the emotions I want to feel while thinking about what I want to think. And I tie those emotions into my nervous system. That's a whole nother conversation another day. But the point is, I do this for my for my wife, I do this for my family, I want to make sure that my family never has to worry about anything ever again, I wanna make sure they're secure on it, make sure that they're free, I want to make sure that if something were to happen to me, it doesn't matter. Like I did everything, I couldn't leave anything on the table, and my family is taken care of. Right? That's my number one, why? My number two, why and that's what are all stop is living up to my fullest potential. Like, you know, whether there's an afterlife or not, I don't want to get into that. I don't care to get into that. But all I know is there's one life right now that we all know about here today. And I really don't want to leave anything on the table. I want to live up to my fullest potential. And some people might be saying, Oh, well, Jeremy is obviously just more motivated than me. And that's why he's so hungry. No, I'm telling you, when you are fucking not taking care of yourself, nobody's motivated, nobody's hungry. Nobody wants to conquer the world. When you're already at a lack of energy. You don't want to do anything, right. So don't make a judgment call until you get yourself trained. And in the right state. One thing I learned from Tony Robbins says, Never make an important decision. Until you're in a resourceful state. If you feel shitty, don't make fucking decisions. Just do what you need to do get yourself healthy. And once you're healthy, and you're thinking better, and you're feeling better, then start making lifelong decisions, and go out there and conquer your dream. So I would, I would argue that if you've got yourself healthy, and you don't feel like if you don't feel like today, you don't want to crush the world, get yourself healthy. And I would argue that you would absolutely be way more motivated to do whatever it is you want to do in your life. So those are the two main things that keep me going. Solid brother absolutely solid. And with the things that you all have heard today, right? If if you're if you're hearing that and you're like, Man, I guess my my why, you know, it's really not really not what I thought it was yet or really, right. And we for the those that listen to our first episode, we went right into this, you know, and this is a topic that we dove right in, pretty deep into. But again, like if if you're having that conversation with yourself right now and saying, Oh, I you know what he's saying? It makes total sense. But I'm just not quite there like, this is what's going to help you get there. Right? And Jeremy just gave you the keys of the kingdom. And you just got to understand, like, it can't, it can't just be like, a top level like, oh, it's money, right? No, like, why I want money too. But it's definitely not just money. Exactly. You got to peel back the layers of the onion understand the core, right? Why money? Like, what is it that you would do with it? Who would it affect? How would it change your life? What are the things that you'll be able to, you've got to unpack that stuff. Because if you stay at that surface level you're getting to where Jeremy is talking about and where he's been able to take his family and where he's going. And it's just, it's going to be not obtainable. So you really got to get serious with yourself and have that conversation internally and have that introspection to figure out what it truly is for you. So awesome. Thank you for sharing that. Jeremy. Yeah, absolutely. All right. So you mentioned earlier that you have had some mentors along the way. Okay. And some of us, some of us have never had mentors listening. Some of us have looked at that and be like, oh, you know, what, these guru things like, why do I need a mentor? You know, I could take care of myself, but, you know, why would you say it's important to have a mentor? And how important was it to your success? Yeah, I would say it's one of those key components, right? I would say it's, it's almost like necessary. Like there's a few geniuses out there. A few geniuses that just kind of like they're very unconsciously competent, and they just kind of figure things out. Or they don't really tell you honestly, how much stuff they've researched and studied and made Do you have mentors, but they're just not maybe an actual like one on one, but they're learning somehow, right. But basically, for most people, including myself, mentors are huge. So I've had, I've had about, I think I've had about eight real estate coaches over my, you know, five and a half career of selling real estate. And I've had shoot three, four, I don't know a handful of personal development coaches, I've had therapists who I met therapists, personal development coaches, Tony Robbins, coaches, all these different things, and real estate coaches. And, and quite frankly, and by the way, don't give up, don't give up. If you've had a bad coach, I keep trying to, I'm telling you, I had like some decent coaches within those first seven. But I, I never really, like hit the nail with anybody. But I was like, I believed in the principle that if you want to build a successful business, it was going to come from learning from other people who've been there, done that, right. And so I was like, I'm going to find somebody who's been there and done that. And I eventually found somebody who was my eighth coach who is stuck with for till today, right. And now we're business partners. But basically, he's a badass, and he changed my life. And he helped me by the way, that coach when I met him, he helped me triple my business within 18 months, the moment I met that guy, that that that final guy, and that's when I tripled my business. And I was on track to double it again, before I exited production. Because of the right coach, and somebody who actually fucking cares, right? He was committed to me. That's, that's incredible brother. And that's, I heard something the other day, and I can't take you know, I can't, I can't take the accountability for coming up with this. But smart people learn, learn from their mistakes, wise people learn from others, right? If you want to absolutely find that cheat code for your life, find somebody that's doing what you want to be doing. And learn from their mistakes, right? You don't have to scrape your knees every single time, right? Well, scrape your knees a little bit as good. learn from other people's scraped knees, learn how to not scrape those knees, get that cheat code and get to that next level. And that's, I love that man. And that's, that's something for I found in my life that I was like, Man, I feel like I'm hitting whenever I feel like I'm starting to hit that, you know, that glass ceiling, I'm like, I need to get around the next circle, right. And one of the things that I also heard the other day as well, which was I mind blowing, right? And it seems so such a so simple, but to me, it just it was a complete mind shift was, you're gonna have coaches along the way you want to find someone that's maybe 234 steps ahead of you, you don't want to find someone that's 20 steps ahead of you. Because when they're 20 steps ahead of you, the stuff that you need to get another four or five, six steps up. They may they're it's such a different level, they're not going to be able to give you that same level as where you are. So you don't need to find your forever coach, you just need to find someone that's going to help you that's doing what you want to be doing. And is a couple steps ahead so they can help you get there. And then when you get there, you get to the next level, you get to the next level and you continue to grow and continue to lift others up with you. Does that sound pretty much on track this? Dude 100%. So you basically you want your coach to be grounded based on what? What you need. If they're so far ahead. They're like, Wait a minute. I've been I've been in. I've been in Fiji for 10 years, I built a business, but I don't remember what I did specifically. I know I did fantastic, but I can't really remember how I got myself to do that at that times. But you know, just figure it out, right? No, of course you want somebody who's further ahead of you, because you need to be able to have them draw a picture, but really still in the game and not so far that it's not relatable at all, they can't connect with you. So I agree. Dang, bro. Alright, so we are getting close to wrapping this up. We've got a couple more things. Couple more questions that I want to go through. Um, I the listeners, I know we originally said Jeremy to cap it at 45 minutes. But I think we can keep this going a little bit if you've got a few minutes because this is absolute fire. This has been incredible value. And we've got a couple last questions that I think that are really going to tie everything together. And then we'll wrap this up for everybody. Does that sound fair? Sounds fantastic. Outstanding. So on the mentor, you know, just going down that question path a little bit or that line of questioning a little bit more. So let's say I don't have a mentor which what three things should I be asking to, you know, a potential mentor to see if they're a good fit for me? Yeah, that is a great question. So it's been a minute since I brought on my last mentor or coach, but I think it goes back to one of the things I mentioned earlier, which is finding somebody who cares, right? Like like number one is like, Am I just a number to you? Or do you really fucking care about my success? Like that would be like find a way To ask that, and you don't necessarily even have to ask it directly, but just kind of pay attention and ask it in an indirect way to kind of get a feel for if you feel like that person is really invested in your success. That's number one. And I'm creating number two, number number two. Number two is I would say, somebody, let me think about it for just a second. So, so basically, the question is, what questions to ask to identify the right mentor? Yeah, I would say, the second thing I would do is, do they have the support and time to help me actually grow my business? And the third one is, do they have a giving mentality? Are they a Go Giver, right? Like, I founded my business on the principle front of my businesses on the principle of giving. And if it's, if they're a taker, and that's all they want to do, and they just want to get from you and not really give to you, then you're in the wrong circle, my friend. So that's it. I can't give you a fourth but given to, he showed me that book before. So it's a different book than that, but I need to read his book, give and take, I need to, I'm gonna write that down right now. Give and take. We're gonna I'm going to read that later. But have you read the book, go giver, I know, You've read give and take, obviously, but they're probably very similar. But so curious. So after, after I heard you talking about it, I went and downloaded it, and in some of the other communities that that we've been talking like the same language, but like a different dialect. And they're like, oh, go giver, I'm like, Oh, give and take it's same, like so it's, if you're gonna see me, that's why I haven't even downloaded give and take yet, but I'm going to just because a smart person has listened to it. And there's no harm in listening to something, again, to get it in your head. So we're gonna listen to each other's books and figure it out. But it looks like we both got it. So I love it, man. I love it. So and that's what it's about, right? Rising, a rising tide lifts all ships, right. And absolutely, when you have success, lift others up, help them to have success, you know, that's the, that's the whole next level of this thing. You gotta, you gotta help pay that forward. So others continue to pay for it. One quick note on that, actually. So I won't go into detail with this. But basically, there are six human needs, according to Tony Robbins, and I truly believe this, I'm going to go into the later parts. So there's the four human needs, you need to just be okay. And then there's the two higher levels of human needs, which you just mentioned, one of them, which is contribution. In other words, the like, to me, I learned that life is not about chasing pleasure, because that will get you nowhere, and it's never enough, right? Life is about pursuing fulfillment and fulfillment comes from contribution and consistent growth. So if you're growing and you're giving, dude, that's, that's, that's where the money's at. Life, everything. I love it. Alright, so let's wrapping this up. I've got a couple of last questions. So what is the rest of 2020? To look for you? I know we're going into, we're almost halfway through the year already. Right? So we're already planning next year out in the following year and such, but what is the what does the rest of 2022 look like for you? And what projects and things are you working on personally right now? Yeah, so give me a second. I gotta remember if I'm a year ahead of you, or a day ahead of you. Oh, no, it's just a day ahead of you in Vietnam. Stock Picks, I need some stock fix, like what's going on? Yeah, exactly. You know what, by the way, Google tanked today. Do not buy Google but Microsoft, but Microsoft is doing fantastic. Wouldn't it be amazing if it works like that? Like I my dad, we talked to our buddy, like what's going on over there? Where we're going, we don't need rows. We don't live in the past, we create a map to the future through our network and our connections now. Okay. Anyway, so to answer your question, which I think was basically what am I doing this year? projects and things like that? And yeah, so I'm about 2020. Okay, cool. So, basically, yeah, dude, just putting my head down, staying focused and continuing to grow and support my expansion team at exp. And more specifically, what I'm focused on with my expansion partners, is essentially just continuing to help them sell more real estate, continuing to help them build their passive income streams. And my goal was to get them to six and seven figures of passive income and ultimately help them create a lifestyle of their design through the ESB or utilizing the ESP platform. So that's my goal for this year. So just a few things just, you know, a couple, you know, a few side projects, if you will, that's awesome. I love it, man. I love it and let's do absolutely this has been an incredible incredible interview and just be able to spend additional time with you and really kind of deep dive into everything that's going on like, dude, absolutely, absolutely. brother from another mother, man. You got it. Fist bump. So alright, so jumping in to what is your five year Your plan look like? Yeah, I'd say it looks similar to what I'm doing today, because I've planned my five years, right, but it's going to be bigger and better, right. So basically just doing some of the same things continuing to help and grow my, my expansion partners at exp by basically helping them really level up there real estate businesses sell more real estate, create passive incomes. And personally, for myself, my family, my goal, my financial goal is to get to$5 million and passive income per year, within five years or less, so that I can officially be retired and never have to work again. However, I'm never gonna retire. I want to know that I can retire and I could, but I also want to make sure my family is taken care of for the rest of their life, right. But basically, I want to make sure that there's too much money to know what to do with and I can help a lot of people with that, and and help my partners along the way. And, and just know that I have that. But ultimately, I'm going to just keep grinding it out. Because I want to see what I'm capable of living up to you and my goals and live up to my fullest potential. So that's what it looks like for me. That's that's incredible, brother. That's incredible. And you're focusing on contribution and focusing on lifting others up, which the rest always follows, right. So so to wrap this up here before we go into our outro Is there anybody that you would like to give a shout out to here this evening for us this morning for you? Absolutely, I'd like to talk about myself for a minute. I'm awesome. I'm amazing. I did this all by myself. No, I'm just kidding. Like, honestly, like, it's kind of annoying to my wife. Because like, I really have been like, like, she's more like I don't she wouldn't be offended by me saying this, but she's more of a stable personality than I am Naturally. Naturally, when I do my routine. I am like fucking rock solid. But before I got my routine in place, she was way more stable emotionally. And I was not I was more of like the not to be sexist anyway. But I was like more of a woman in the relationship. She was more like the man. And so it's kind of like a pisser off. Because like, when I get in front of people, she's like, You always act like everything's great. But behind the scenes, it's not. But my point is, it was not easy. It was hard. And and I did not do this by myself, my wife, number one, first and foremost has supported me every step of the way. And without an amazing human being out there rooting for both of us to succeed at a high level, I couldn't have done this period. And then I would say as far as like specific coaches, who helped me really just get to that next level would be Jason Samar. It's my man, the myth, the legend, he is a rockstar. You know, I've known him for about two and a half years. He coached me for about 18 months, and we've transitioned that relationship into a business partnership. But dude, if you guys look him up on YouTube, where he like that, you'll know and you get to know the guy, but basically, he really just, he just, he just gave to me, he did all those things we talked about, and he really helped me become the person I am today in my real estate business. And I'm always forever indebted to that. And he also helped me pivot my plan, he told me, We should do this, and it was better for my family. So if it wasn't for somebody who cared, and then just focus on his own gains and benefits, I don't know where I'd be today. So definitely those two people. I love it, man, I love it. And you're out there multiplying, you're taking what what the gifts that he passed on to you. And you're saying, Hey, how can I take that and multiply it and give it out to everyone? Right? And how can I take from every single and now share that and help others to rise up so that's incredible Rhonda percent. And and you can't do it without that support system. So whatever it is for you guys, if you don't have you know, if you don't have that, that spouse or that, you know, partner that whatever, like, get people around you that as Jeremy was saying that it care about your success care where you want to go, and are going to take your BS, right and find yourself a coach that isn't going to do the same either. Exactly. And if you don't have a partner right now, that should be your number one why you should get really committed to finding a partner and get emotionally connected to that because believe me, you'll be more committed to your goals when you have other people to take care of. It's like building a team right? So so definitely get with somebody. All right, so So guys, this was this was absolutely absolutely incredible. Alright, so if I was an agent that wanted to work on my mindset, and I had further questions on this, and maybe burnout and just some of the topics, incredible topics that you brought up in real estate or in general, since you're an absolute badass, what is the best way for them or for us to get a hold of you?
