Joining Glenn on the Field for the Season 4 premier of Field Goals for the FDA is former Physical Therapist for the Washington Nationals (MLB) and Washington Spirit (NWSL), Dr. Seth Blee.  Best known for his Physical Therapy work with 2020 NFL Comeback Player of the Year, Alex Smith, Dr. Blee talks about the benefits of physical and conditional training and how Functional Manual Therapy can improve performance, enhance mobility, and optimize an athlete's control of their motor functions.  He also discusses the various types of strength training methods he uses with athletes to reduce acute sports injuries, improve muscle strength and power, and correct muscle imbalance.  Dr. Blee also shares why blood flow restriction therapy, stabilization training, and dry needling methods are best to assist high performing athletes in maximizing their athletic abilities.
