Do you take nutritional supplements? Things like protein powders, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, sports drinks, probiotics, etc.? Do  you need to? Well, aside from the occasional protein smoothie  and fish oil capsule, I didn't really think I ate that many supplements. Was I ever wrong!
