Through readings, discussions, and provocative inquiries, we will uncover the ways in which poetry serves as a practical and potent force for resistance, resilience, and renewal in the face of ecological, political, and societal upheaval. The course is tailored for those seeking to deepen their engagement with pressing issues and cultivate strategies for personal and collective empowerment through the transformative power of poetry. All levels of past poetry engagement are welcome and will feel at home.
