Tim is a deacon at Shiloh OPC in Raleigh, North Carolina, the chairman of the Presbytery of the Southeast Diaconal Committee and a member of the OPC Committee on Diaconal Ministries. Tim serves on the Diaconal Training Subcommittee and the Missionary Deacon Subcommittee of the CDM.
