NYU Law Professor Rick Pildes explains North Carolina Gerrymandering Case
As we reported in an earlier episode, the defendants in Utah’s anti-gerrymandering case filed a motion to stay that was denied by Utah’s Third Judicial Court. Their motion cited a North Carolina redistricting case that will be heard by the US Supreme Court.
