In today’s episode, we’re talking about toxic positivity. Sometimes toxic positivity is downright obvious, like when someone says, “well look on the bright side” or “just be grateful for everything you do have” amidst tragedy and trauma. Other times, the line toxic positivity can sneak in behind an overall optimistic outlook. We all fall somewhere different on the spectrum of toxic positivity and it depends on the situation.  We cover our own outlook on positivity vs toxic positivity, examples of toxic positivity, and what it feels like in this episode. Enjoy!
