Despite being constantly occupied with work responsibilities, keeping up with relationships, and remembering to drink enough water, we may often still feel unfulfilled, dissatisfied, or lacking purpose. We may even recognize that being busy isn’t a status we strive for, yet we still find ourselves on the brink of burnout. So we dive deeper into why this may be happening and explore the impact of our work culture, societal expectations, and personal values on our actions and overall sense of fulfillment. We also talk about how we're addressing this in ourselves and trying not to just be busy for the sake of it but to be busy doing things that make us feel fulfilled.
