Ch-Ch-Changes!
We work hard to show up authentically for this podcast and talk about the things that we are encountering and struggling with in our daily lives. In today's episode, we really seem to be wrestling with Change - in all of its forms: dealing with loss and grief, dealing with aging and frail parents; dealing with siblings; dealing with downsizing ....we hit a number of topics but they all have one thing in common. Change is uncomfortable and doesn't ever seem to get easier. But, you know what? We can talk about it and if for no other reason than to reassure YOU, our listeners, that hard stuff happens and we all can get through it.
