Hey friends, today's episode is another Tiny Marketing Club bonus and we are getting into who the Tiny Marketing Club was made for. So stay tuned as we get into that. You need tailored strategies that align with your specific goals, constraints like the resources that you have available and how to attract your dream client. Let's get into some of the outcomes that you can expect as a B2B service founder. If you haven't listened to yesterday's episode yet, go over there and listen to it and learn more about the lean marketing framework that I teach. So that's the first thing that we're doing. We do a strategic spark workshop and for those on the wait list, you get a one-on-one strategic spark included with your membership. So you have this North Star to shoot for and you know exactly what you should be doing. And remember, it's lean, so it's actually doable for the team that you have. That's the first thing we do.

Next, for vips, we have accelerator sprints where we will look at each of those pieces and we will build out a launch plan for them. So you will launch each of those pieces, identifying your dream client, figuring out what your core content platform will be and launching it, what your two lead generators will be your passive and your active and we actually build it, what your gateway offer should be and we package it so it's really easy to sell. So VIPs get access to the accelerators as part of their package and basic members you can opt in and it's an extra charge for the accelerators to launch, but well worth it if you don't already have a platform that that's ready to launch.
