So let me tell you a little bit about tier one of the tiny marketing club. So if you have seen my framework, you know it is dream client signature offer, main channel, core content, lead generator, two of them passive and active and then a gateway offer and from there we're able to refine and improve each piece of that marketing flywheel as we go, because that gateway offer gets us so smart on our dream client. So that's what we'll be launching during the Lean Launch Accelerator I talked about this Saturday in episode hold on, I'm pausing as I look, okay, found it In episode 82, I talked about the Lean Launch Accelerator and I got deep on what that Lean Launch Acceler accelerator looks like, what the flywheel is in, what is it In episode 77 that came out last week. Well, I guess you could be listening to this at any time, but so you can listen to those episodes if you have deeper questions on it. But here we are, it's launching. We're starting with tier one, the Lean Launch Accelerator, so you can launch your lean marketing engine. We're doing it over the summer in a very liminal, travel-friendly way, with audio trainings that are dripped out in two-week sprints for each piece of the engine, workbooks and async feedback so you'll get loom feedback. You'll be able to reach people in between hot seats in the community. You can talk to me in the community and then every two weeks at the end of the sprint, we have hot seats to go over deeper questions. So that's that, and it's launching for pre-sale today. So let me tell you a little bit about it. Why I launched it in the first place.

I built the Lean Launch Accelerator because, after years of working with hundreds of clients and working through my own marketing I'm a one-person shop I saw how many people struggle to build marketing strategies that work for them those solo entrepreneurs, those people or those businesses with a small team and no marketing department, because you're only seeing examples of what the big guys are doing. That's not, that doesn't work for you, because you won't be able to maintain it. You don't want a complex strategy that you can't maintain and that doesn't work for you. This strategy is built exactly for you. It's built for those solo consultant shops. It's built for fractionals. It's built for small B2B service businesses that don't have a marketing department yet and are relying on business development or sales to bring in everything, and it's super manual and hard to get people to say.

Yes, you need a strategy that you can maintain, it works with you and it fits into the life you have, even when you're booked out. So that's what I hear the most is oh, when client works, marketing stops. Okay, I get that, but this will work even when your client books are full. So I am helping you do all of that that. I will hold your hand the whole way. This is for you if you want to market without burning out. You want to get your hands on the exact lead generation strategy that I use that has kept me booked out six months in advance. You want a straightforward strategy and the tools to make it a habit in your life, instead of letting you know when you get a strategy. And you're to make it a habit in your life instead of letting you know when you get a strategy and you're like, oh awesome, I love this, but then it like falls apart and you don't actually do it. You'll get the tools to build habits and systems and figure out where you need to outsource pieces of it that fit within your budget.
