In ‘Misogyny in the Uniformed Services’, former police Superintendent Rod is our guest on this episode to talk about his experience of misogyny within the Metropolitan Police Force from the 80s up to the present day and the changes he’s seen in that time. As has been highlighted recently with tragic high profile cases such as that of Sarah Everard, Rod feels there is a long way to go to eliminate misogyny from our police force and we discuss what needs to happen to really make a difference.
