Welcome to 50Talk, this is Episode 91 and your Host's are glad that you guys decided to join us again this week.  We have a lot of things to talk about in this episode. So get yourself a drink or two or three and maybe a couple tissues. It's Thanksgiving week an are you all ready for turkey? How do you like your turkey? The traditional way, deep fried or smoked? It varies around Johnson Kingdom sometimes.

To start the show off I have to bring up our new Speaker of the House. Did you all know that this dude doesn't have a bank account of record? This the craziest thing I've heard in awhile. How do you make it in America today without a bank account? Cathy did make some good points in the show but I still think he's trying to hide something. He is not this clean cut  Christian Guy that he tries to portray himself a. I'm personally not falling for it. Release your damn bank records dude!

In the African American History category for the show were going to talk about the great news about 110 Buffalo Soldiers wrongfully convicted almost a hundred years ago. Some were hung and killed others were just put away for life. I'll say again, "if we don't learn from history, we are destined to repeat it". Our country has its flaws then and still today we have the same flaws.

Next up in the show we talk about a news story I found earlier this week out of Mississippi. This is probably one of the most horrific things I've ever heard and some people have some explaining to do. Things like this should not be happening in America today. This just makes me sick to my stomach.

Staying on topic with African Americans and how they continue to be mistreated. Cathy and I watched a documentary called  "Silver Dollar Road" on Amazon Prime Video. What this proves to me is Americans are still gauged by how much property they have or don't have! This story is out of Beaufort, North Carolina. If you get the chance to watch this please do.

Next up Cathy and her expertise bring up the subject of Depression and anxiety. Something that I deal with daily and I'm sure millions of others do as well. I always say I like to keep it real on our podcast so here it is raw from my heart.

Thank you all for joining us this week. Have a very Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy your families. See y'all next week fo episode 92.
