117: Mentoring and friendship, with JR Rennie

Terri + Manya Season 4 Episode 10

From Project BFF HQ, Terri and Manya riff with John "JR" Rennie about leadership, mentorship, and friendship. We talk about relying on others--friends or mentors--to give us direction when we are facing the unknown, wise bits of advice from a trusted source can make all the difference in the world. In addition, we discussed how to be a good mentor to someone who is looking for guidance from us.

JR is the founder of a 30+ year business software company. All that changed in 2015 when God redirected him to his true purpose, when he founded the BrushFires Ministry, a ministry that helps other believers discover their purpose and destiny

The BrushFires Ministry has a program and toolset that allows believers to discover their strengths and weaknesses.  Once they have done this for themselves, they can discover this for their family, friends and other ministry members.  There is nothing worse than feeling you are being misunderstood, overlooked and spinning your wheels as a believer.

You can learn more about BrushFires Ministry or reach JR via email: jjrear@hotmail.com.
