Roger Crockett Is Making His Net Work With His New Book on Black Leaders
Welcome to "Awake in the Network: Where Destiny Happens." Today, we're joined by Roger O. Crockett, the founder of ROC Leadership Advisory Inc. With a focus on developing inclusive leaders and teams, Roger has over a decade of experience advising major companies on diversity best practices. He's also preparing to release a book on Black CEOs in Corporate America.
Before establishing his company, Roger held executive roles at Western Digital Corp and inQUEST Consulting. He also had a distinguished career as a senior writer for BusinessWeek magazine and a contributor to Harvard Business Review online. He's received several honors, including the Chicago United “Business Leader of Color” award, and is actively involved with the Silicon Valley Leadership Group's Racial Justice & Equity Committee.
Roger is a UCLA graduate with a Master’s degree from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism. Join us as he shares insights from his journey and the importance of inclusivity in leadership.
