OH HEY ㋡  we are back! This week we talk all things 'Attachment Theory". Right from birth, throughout our entire adolescence, and into our adulthood we look to create bonds with our parents and caregivers subconciously to feel safe. But sometimes due to an array of factors this may not happen, resulting in any or all 4 attachment styles. If you are curious to see what your attachment style is then listen now!
