12 ⇢ Let's Talk Minimising Our Feelings for Others
Dec 28, 2021 Season 1 Episode 12

Were back! This week we discuss how we, or orther abused/neglected children are able to alter or minimise any emotions for the benefit of others.  As always, we may use humour in uncommon places but it is only to cope, please do not take offence or think we are being insensitive. Thank you endlessly for taking the time each week to listen, our souls are so happy!

HeadSpace
We support young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, as well as work and study support. With a focus on early intervention, we work with young people to provide support at a crucial time in their lives – to help get them back on track and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health in the future. Each year, we help thousands of young people, and their family and friends, access vital support through our headspace services in over 140 communities  across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

We are here for you, and so are others - you are never alone!
