A Gluten Free Podcast
Episode 128

On today’s episode of Gluten Free Thoughts I’ll talk about the importance of asking for help, advice or guidance in our coeliac disease & gluten free lives. I'll share some personal stories about how asking for help in my own medical journey & how allowing people to help me has changed my life since my diagnosis. It's important to remember it takes a gluten free village for someone living with coeliac disease. If people are offering their help - take them up on it. You don't need to go through it alone!  Listen to this episode to learn how this has been a pivotal part of my gluten free journey.

What I’ll cover:
* Why asking for help in our coeliac disease & gluten free is important
* The amount of resources of available for your coeliac & gluten free life
*  My own experience of asking for help throughout my coeliac disease & gluten free journey
* My current health experiences & learning through my coeliac experience to ask for help
* Accepting help from others & not feeling you need to go through something yourself
* Creating a supportive network & community around you
* Teaser of next week’s guest episode
