Episode 134

In Zen Buddhism there's a concept known as 'Beginner's Mindset' or 'Beginner's Mind'. This approach invites us to approach new challenges, exercises, studies & habits with open-mindedness & letting go of preconceptions.

You might be wondering... great, so how does this apply to our coeliac & gluten free lives? Well that's what I'll be discussing in today's episode of Gluten Free Thoughts. Applying this concept to our gluten free lives will allow us to be open to others' experiences, thoughts & opinions. If we approach issues or challenges in out gluten free lives rather than entering into them with preconceptions, opinions & assumptions we'll open our self to new perspectives & it will help us grow. Let's admit it - we all don't know everything & we're all students of our coeliac & gluten free journeys. But we're all learning as we go & that's what it's all about!

What we’ll cover:
* Recapping last episode around dining out safely coeliac disease with founder of Pasta Di Casa, Anthony Dionne
* Defining beginner's mindset
* How beginner's mindset can be applied to our gluten free lives
