Real Time Heart-Based living
So what is Real Time Heart-Based (RTHB) Living?
RTHB living is based on the fundamental view, that living as you, your whole authentic self, you can find happiness, peace, and wellbeing for yourself, others and the environment around you (planet), what we call SOE. It is living in the recognition that you are unique, and your gifts, qualities and talents matter.
In these Real Time Heart-based living podcasts, we look at what is happening in our lives and the world around us - what we may be struggling with or feel overwhelmed by, and provide alternative ways of seeing things, using the fundamental principles of Real Time Heart-Based approaches.
These principles offer an alternative guide to lead you to finding happiness, wellbeing and peace for you personally and for the world.
We share ‘markers’ that indicate and give signs of what may be governing your choices, and offer alternative ways based on the key principles that underpin this Real Time Heart-Based approach.
This approach is a journey of discovery and practice, which we too are engaging as we support others on this alternative path, to see, feel and live as our authentic selves.
We welcome you to join us, to learn and discover more about the approach.

Real Time Heart-Based living
Is it kindness or a conflict of interest?
We often hear the term in relation to organisations who operate with a bias that is not disclosed, however leads to a personal gain or profit.
In this podcast we discuss how conflicts of interest are actually found in all areas of life. For example how often do we see that people make suggestions, push for an outcome, or coerce for reasons that bring personal gain?
It may not be financial, however there is a gain, perhaps in the form of want to win, prove a point, power over, gratification, manipulate in some way.
So how do you know you have a conflict of interest or there is one presenting?
We chat about what it may look like, and the importance of noticing when signs appear, so you can better own your choices.
What is your experience with conflict of interest? How does it feel? How well do you or others recognise the conflict of interest, or disclose when you / they have one?
We’d love to hear some of your views and share examples that are happening in your life.
