This is especially critical because inflammation is at the root of the following diseases: cardiovascular,  diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's.

These diseases are difficult for the person and those who are caring for them.

There is something you can do about this issue.

Your body receives a signal that there is a sense of threat from physical, chemical or emotional stress. The immune system launches a hearty response which is fine for a short term emergency but damaging when it lasts over six months.

If you have leaky gut you will have inflammation in your body and also in the brain.

Ask for a CPR test next time you get a physical exam. If the number is over 3, you have a potential problem with inflammation.

The way to bring this inflammation down is to change your lifestyle especially what you eat.
 
Make simple swaps to reduce inflammation:
1) Substitute Omega 6 oils with Omega3's
2) Eat more complex carbohydrates
