Fabio Attanasio joins us from his home in the city of Milan, Italy.  Born in Naples and educated as an attorney, Fabio was drawn to follow his passion in the men's custom tailoring business. Wayne Schneider hustles. I know him from his large Instagram account with over 110,000 followers. His content is what is intriguing. Wayne is a car guy. That means at any time a Lambo Urus, or Ferrari can show up on his account. Not to mention about 10 Aston Martins he sold to some of his followers. Cars however is only one of his passions. Wayne and his brand "PCNY" has used his love of cars to feed ten's of thousands of homeless and hungry in the streets of New York City with his weekly "PCNY In The Streets" gourmet food buffet outside Madison Square Garden. Rain, shine, hot or cold Wayne is there with exotic cars and tons of real hot food created by his friends at some of the top restaurants in the city. All free for those in need. His turkey drive on Thanksgiving Day helps more than 25,000 families and his book bag drive gets over 1000 kids needed school supplies.
In our real time discussion, while Wayne was at work in his Yonkers body shop, we discussed how this journey began and how it went from trying to build a business for himself and his brother into having that business and giving back to the community where he lives and beyond.

In Episode 4 of "Its All Been Done Before" we meet Charlie Marcelin of CRM Jewelers run a family business. With his father Carlos, the founder, Charlie works daily along with other relatives in their boutique in Miami Florida. They specialize in the  ultra luxury high end watch and jewelry market. Their main brands are Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and Richard Mille. 

After working together for about 7 years in their current location, the business has been expanding quickly due to their social media exposure. The You Tube channel has almost 400,000 subscribers and they also have a growing presence on Instagram. This has allowed customers to find them from the world over and make their luxury watch purchases.

How Charlie and his Dad work together to give top customer service to all that walk into their store or through the thousands of texts and messages they receive from fans of the channel. What does it mean that it's all been done before? Episode 1
 
Philip Pravda, founder and CEO of suitcafe.com having been in the retail clothing business in New York City for over 30 years changed course and went online in 2014. After having multiple luxury menswear shops on Madison and Fifth Avenue in New York City he dropped them all and brought his business to the internet. Was it a good move? How is this different than what his father, grandfather and great grandfather did generations before him in the clothing business? How has the business changed? Philip Pravda's first episode of his podcast "It's All Been Done Before" is actually him being interviewed  only weeks ago on a local business radio show. Get to know who Philip is and what he has accomplished or not accomplished in his business career. 

How many people think that their idea cannot move forward because it's already been done? Well, that may be so, but you could always find a route to do it differently or do it better in some way. As Philip says in this interview, he is in the same business as his ancestors, but he is doing it his way. 

Now that you have had a chance to get to know Phil, future episodes will be interviews and discussions with many of his friends, colleagues and customers from all walks of life and with different experiences in their work and family life.
