Growing up with a sense of apprehension, Beth reached a turning point after a close encounter with a would-be predator while out with her daughters.
Determined never to find herself in such a vulnerable position again, Beth embarked on a quest for knowledge and self-defense.
What began as a personal mission soon evolved into a passion for empowering others. Pretty Loaded emerged as a platform dedicated to instilling strength, awareness, and confidence through education and training, believing that prevention is always the best course of action.
Beth shares insights into the challenges and triumphs of building Pretty Loaded, and the importance of being mindful of one's surroundings in preventing potential dangers.
