Self-love is an important journey. In this episode, we discuss how important it is to love yourself. And provide some ways you can show more love to yourself. We all experience times of insecurity, but we are all flawed human beings. And that is the most beautiful thing. Remember to show appreciation to your body and give yourself a little more love. We are all imperfect, and that's perfectly okay.
