In the first series, The God I see, we talked about God’s vengeance, why God became angry at His people. Today, as we talk about our relationship with God from “The God in Me” perspective, we are going to look at how we navigate our obedience and commitment to follow His lead.

Point #1 - How does God respond to my disobedience?

#1 - Do you find in your own life that running to God when you’re hurting is easy, but staying close to Him when everything is going well is hard?

Ask yourself: “Is God my emergency contact or my daily friend?”

#2 - Are there things, that you allow in your life, that are in complete opposition to your relationship with God and/or others?

Point #2 - Who is in the drivers seat of your life?

#3 - Are there things that you want: relationship, career, success, etc… that you have a hard time giving to God, because you aren’t sure He will give it to you?
