After 21 years as a resource teacher, I realized that adults with ADHD (like me) need the same kinds of support I was giving my students: setting and reaching meaningful goals, understanding our brains, and having someone to cheer us on. So I took my two master’s degrees in education, earned my life coaching certification and became an ADHD coach in 2018.
The programs I create for individual clients and small groups leverage our strengths and interests to: create routines that provide structure for our days, build systems for managing our time and projects, and develop a personalized guide to understanding our unique brains and the things that work best for us….. in all aspects of life. As a coach I use creative and fun strategies to help you live a life you can love! I always strive to be a place of safety and non-judgement for my clients as we navigate our ADHD paths together.
