Darren founded Group Sixty, an executive coaching and training company based in San Diego, to bring his purpose to life and to transform leaders, their teams, and their organizations. Group Sixty works with leaders and teams at Fortune 500’s, mid-market companies, fast-growing startups, and visionary non-profits.

Darren started his career at Accenture and also spent time at successful companies such as Gap, Neutrogena, and ProFlowers prior to launching Group Sixty.

Darren graduated with highest honors from UC Davis and received his MBA from UC Berkeley. He is also a certified executive coach through the International Coach Federation.
