Speaker 2:

Yo yo, who's on the phone right now?

Speaker 1:

That's Daniel.

Speaker 2:

Yo, Danny, this is the homie Omar.

Speaker 1:

Oh, I don't know, omar.

Speaker 2:

Oh, my man, the only.

Speaker 1:

Omar I know is wacky and skating.

Speaker 2:

Ah, you got me fucked up. We were just talking about haters.

Speaker 3:

That's crazy. We were just talking about haters.

Speaker 2:

Man, at least I still skate, bro, oh damn.

Speaker 1:

He does that. Yeah okay. All right, all right.

Speaker 2:

When you're going to hop on the board. Huh, Are you retired?

Speaker 1:

now, dude, I'm retired, I'm old as hell. Man my knees don't work the same way. But no, you know how I'm fucking with you, Omar. I'm like your biggest fan.

Speaker 2:

No, I know, I love you brother.

Speaker 1:

But um, the boy, y'all put in a powder right now. Yes sir, I'm a guy who makes me a Max in a cup.

Speaker 3:

We don't give him to shit, and we don't give a fuck. That's what we do and should approve. We live it, live, live it live to the Max, live it, live to the Max, to the Max, just like my podcast.

Speaker 1:

Shut up my idea. What up world. We are back on another episode of life to the max. It's your co-host, e-ranny, aka Eric Dutcher. Don't forget about the main host, the Quad Father, looking nice in a fresh new jersey. And we got a special guest today. He's a pro on the skateboard. He does his motherfucking thing. He shows unlimited hospitality whenever he visits us and gives Max some gifts. Yes, sir, finally got him on a podcast and we're going to get right into Omar's interview Right after the intro Max.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I slept in a day, but I'm here for you, guys. I'm here for you.

Speaker 1:

He's dreaming I'm dreaming for you guys. He's dreaming, why do I?

Speaker 3:

I'm dreaming life to the max. Right A pair of lives for the next day I'm breathing through a machine, but that doesn't stop me from following my dreams and doing what I love to do. I don't got any excuse on how to shoot you. Let's get into Omar's episode. Fa-fa-fa-fa-fa-fa. Yes, sir.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, what's up Y'all? It's your boy, omar Sandoval, here, so happy to be on. Appreciate the homie Max getting me on here you know we lit.

Speaker 1:

I'm going to be straight up Honestly. You know Omar and Max are friends, but I'm just the black seat with a friend group. You know I didn't really get to know Omar too much. But, rose, introduce yourself to me and the people.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, all right. So my name is Omar Sandoval and I'm a professional skateboarder from here at Elgin, illinois I mean I like to say Chicago sometimes, so people know, you know, like the area, but I'm from Elgin, you know. But I just love skateboarding and like I'm also like a pretty big stoner, so that's why my board is the way it is. You know, shout out to Bad Grease for making this happen, bro, it's just fun.

Speaker 1:

Very nice.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I just work out of dispensary and I skate. That's basically what I do, that sounds like a dog, that's living life to the max. What you think, that's not loveable.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, doing what you love to do.

Speaker 1:

He's a double whammy doing what he loves to do.

Speaker 3:

For real Like. So do you like your work? Yeah?

Speaker 2:

I love I love working at the dispensary, but just especially because I get hurt skating a lot of times and like I could go there and get hella, cbd products and good stuff for my body Like pain balms and stuff like that and like especially helping like the elderly people there that come to Like I get a lot of people that come in and like they're just hurting and pain and it's funny itself because I'm a fucking high school dropout bro and these people are coming at me like I'm a doctor now.

Speaker 1:

And I went from high school dropout to a doctor. You got that other medicine.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's so funny, bro, and I know what to recommend these people and like and they always come back happy as fuck, like like yo, you saved my life, type shit and I just love that. I love, I love that shit because literally like I didn't go to school and I feel like I'm a doctor. Now you got a doctor. It's so funny. Yeah, it's just so funny.

Speaker 3:

It's like, yeah, basically medical cannabis. So you think CBD works because it didn't work for me.

Speaker 2:

Well, CBD alone doesn't work, bro. Cbd with a little bit of THC goes a long way. It's a lot better. So, like because, like the CBD alone that you see, like I guess they sent a shit like like that usually doesn't really work that good you need to get at least like that one milligram of THC in the, in the, in the ratio, you know, because there's something called a, there's like a fucking word for entourage effect, that's what it's called, and like you just need everything to work together in all this bullshit you know, as science I dropped out, so I don't know too much of it, but I know some of it when I learned about the entourage effect because my name is Eradik, my name is Eric I got a thing for Capital B.

Speaker 1:

So when I heard of the entourage effect, I'm like, bro, I should make an album, collaborating with everyone I know and call it the entourage effect.

Speaker 3:

That was my dream years ago.

Speaker 1:

It could still happen. It could still happen, but anyways, I wanted to get more into your skating. You know when did you start skating and when did you get like your first opportunity to like make a big jump.

Speaker 2:

Right, right. And when I was, I've been skating like since I was like probably like eight years old or like seven, like super little and like I got into it from, just like Tony Hawk pro skater, like my brother started playing those games. I just I just started playing those games. I'm like man I want to skate for real, inspired from a video game. I want to skate for real, bro, you know. And after that I just became the video game character. I was like I'm good, I don't need to play I don't need to play these games For real.

Speaker 3:

this guy can skate Errol.

Speaker 1:

Mar, I believe it.

Speaker 3:

Errol Mar, that's what I call.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, my Instagram is mella with me. It's even on my board too. Mella with me is like my whole go to name. Like, so I got mella with me from an actual Bishop Nourou song that just like it just spoke to me when I was, when I was little, and it was like when I was 16, I mean when I was little, but like, like when I was like dropping out of school and doing all this bullshit. Because, like it's just like, like one of the lyrics is saying like, oh, I'm just feeling so pessimistic and like it's just like it's just how I was feeling at the moment. So it's just like what stuck with me and like I just like rolled with that, you know. And now I just like even want to start my own company with mella with me, like as that being my brand, and like I'm even working on some logos that I just got today, bro, they're so sick, dude, that I can't wait to show the people. I feel like the people are going to fuck with them. Nice.

Speaker 3:

You sound super passionate, yeah man, and you sound really humble.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, not yet.

Speaker 3:

Because, like you can skate man, I appreciate it. He said mella with me, that's M-E-L-L-O-W-W-R-T-H-N-E-M-E. Yes, sir, that's where you gotta look up to people.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, like mella yellow, like my hair got.

Speaker 3:

You little can skate, this guy is insane.

Speaker 1:

So tell us about some.

Speaker 2:

like some competitions you've been in, or so I mean I've been in a couple of competitions but, to be honest, like competitions aren't really my thing right now. Like, like, cause competitions are hard, bro, you gotta do some dope shit on the spot, like that. And like, like I'm good, like I could do some dope shit consistently, but like all the hard ass shit that that you see, like it's so hard to do on the spot, you know like I could do hard ass tricks but I just still got to work on my consistency with them, you know. So like like I'm still working on the whole competition stuff. I've been in a couple like damn AMS and stuff, but like now I'm just filming my own street parts and just like filming shit that I do on the side. You know, like competitions are cool and definitely we'll get there. Like I definitely want to make it to the Olympics one day and do all that Like and I'm just I'm just working on my consistency and like filming like in the streets right now, you know.

Speaker 1:

So what determines the difference from a talent and skater and a professional skater? You know, like, what determines?

Speaker 3:

when you start making revenue off your talent.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, just sponsorships, but really because like it's really about the people you know and like like the sponsors you got, because Like so you could be like the best skateboarder, but nobody knows you. You know and like you'll never be like known and you'll never make money because nobody knows you. You know you gotta have like somebody that's putting your shit out there. You know, and like it's just like to be.

Speaker 2:

I feel like like it's hard to say what a professional skateboarder is because everybody's on their own level. You know like it's hard to compare people's art, like I considered this art, like it's hard to say someone's better than somebody else. You know, because like I could be better at one trick than the other homie is, you know. But like another thing too is like the style, like we could have the same trick, but like the way, the style that you do it. So like, say, I do a kickflip, it's gonna look way different than the other homie that's doing a kickflip. You know, and like me, when I do a kickflip, I do a stupid bone ninja kickflip sometimes, and like that determines I feel like that's when you see like someone's pro, when they have just that crazy dumb style that you could just tell that okay, that like that that is just because it's not about like the things you do, but the way you do it. You know what I mean. So I feel like that really just determines, like who who has the shit together.

Speaker 3:

I feel you on this, especially because when I first saw you scan Instagram, like I was like okay, like when I first saw you scan on Instagram, I was like I was like Holy fuck to you, and your kickflips are high. That's why I call you here.

Speaker 2:

I pop my shit for fun.

Speaker 3:

Just so I was so sorry about you me that right. So, Daniel, one of our good friends, Shout out to the homie Danny man repertoire gang.

Speaker 2:

Yes, sir, danny Willis, bro, he's believed in me since I was little bro, like when I was like 16 and I like, like was like dropping out of school and like I remember seeing this dude in the streets and I was just like, like, like just skating and like he pulled up on me randomly and he was like bro, he's like you keep doing this shit. He's like you go make it far with this shit. I know you like, like this is meant for you.

Speaker 2:

Literally bro, like what he told me, bro, and that's just stuck with me like my whole life bro, and I just appreciate that man forever bro, just because he, he really told me, like like this is what you're meant to do, bro, like like don't fuck, don't worry about what, nobody else telling you if somebody else telling you different, bro, like this shit is meant for you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, fellas, it cost Daniel nothing to give some words of inspiration to somewhere. He said he thought about it for the rest of his life. Man, okay, now look at him. Sponsors later.

Speaker 3:

So Daniel shows me he introduced me to Omar and we like get to like talking. He's like yeah, he's pro skater and I'm like, really, this is like yeah, I'm like that's pretty fucking dope. You know what I mean. And then, like I started seeing this stuff on Instagram and then finally I was like I was like do you have any sponsors? He's like yeah, I'm sponsored by what's your sponsor?

Speaker 2:

So shout out to Bad Grease. Bad Grease is my main sponsor that really fucks with me and made this board for me. They're a local company from Chicago, so they're not that big yet, but they we got 15k followers but we're just trying to build and get bigger. You know, definitely trying to get up there with the bigger brands, because the quality of the board is just really good too. Bro, like, I love these boards, like they. I popped my shit super fucking high and laying on a rail and my shit bends and flexes before that shit. I love it, bro, and like, because they're not bad quality boards and they're actually good. So, like, if you want to try one of these, definitely recommend it, because they're fire they are fire.

Speaker 3:

Well, we'll definitely put it in the description, and then I have like a couple other sponsors too.

Speaker 2:

So I'm sponsored by indoor skate park called Fargo skateboarding and they are like my second home, like I love Fargo. Shout out to Ariel and shout out to Corey, like they're the people love. There's a lot of people over there, is hard to name them all, but just out to the whole Fargo team, bro, I love the whole fucking team. Like they're just big vibes and just some of my second home. It's like they let me skate there with like at night when there's nobody there, and I love that shit. Like I literally I work, I'll work from 230 to nine and then just go to Fargo and be there at 10 and just skate like all night, like not give a fuck, and like it's just me by myself and like it's just so blessed to just have I'm just so blessed to have a place To be able to skate with like anytime bro, and just for the free, like it's just I'm just so blessed bro and like you love to do exactly

Speaker 3:

and.

Speaker 2:

I have another, another shade sponsor to card shred shades. I should have brought a fucking pair but I tweaked and didn't bring, but they're fired. Like you could just check up my Instagram and my like one of my first pics, I just got like little photo shoot with them. I look like like fucking cyborg. How many sponsors do you have?

Speaker 1:

I just have those main three. That's awesome and they just send you products to promote. I mean.

Speaker 2:

I mean Fargo. Just let me skate, like they hook it up sometime when they can, you know. But I try to help support them to you know, they're a big old skate park. They need support to, you know. So everybody go to Fargo and support them. They're the fucking, it's a spot. It's the vibe there. Shout out to shred shades, hook me up with them shades man Trying to spit out.

Speaker 3:

I'm just saying I got a buddy in New York. He's, he works at the Supreme shop in New York and I like, try, like I sent him like footage of a one. I'm trying to get a fucking sponsor by Supreme.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that'd be sick, bro. I got all the homies that work at Supreme too, like let me know what's up. Man, I'm trying to be part of it. Speaking of these, sponsors.

Speaker 1:

you know how would you give advice to other skaters to to seek out some sponsors or to take advantage of an opportunity with a sponsor?

Speaker 2:

I mean like definitely just just like skate hard and like, like I said, just have good style. Like what companies I feel like want nowadays just a skater with a really good style? And like definitely just show out and like tell, like, like tell them like yo, like like what's up, like like let me get some boards, you know. Like like no closed mouth, get fed bro, literally, you know. And like, luckily, like the homie, evan shout out to Evan from bad grease too. He's the one who messaged me and like and was like do you want to ride for bad grease? And I couldn't say no, you know, that's just dope. Like I didn't have no sponsors at the time, so I was just like fuck it. And like I never thought that they would give me like a whole board with my name on it. Like this was like just out of the picture, like I was just happy to get boards, you know.

Speaker 1:

So tell me, tell me about your first sponsor, like how did you get that opportunity? What were you doing that got that attention?

Speaker 2:

I don't remember, my first sponsor is probably just something like like little homie shit, you know, like like I just like I think, like probably I can't remember. I think like like my first real, real sponsor was, I feel like bad grease for real like that.

Speaker 3:

What's up? What was your age?

Speaker 2:

I was probably. Ah, dude, how many man I'm a pretty man for a dude, it's hard to say. I think I was like 17 or 18 for sure, but it was just a while ago. It just started happening. But it started happening slow for sure. Definitely not when I was like super young.

Speaker 2:

Like shit takes time, definitely don't. I wouldn't even like expect any sponsors. If you're super duper good, bro, like just skate for fun, bro, just skate for fun. Honestly, I love being a sponsor or a professional skateboarder, but it's literally a job. You gotta go do this shit and get shit done. And if you really don't love to do it, you're just not meant for it. But literally, if you love to do this shit, you'll make it regardless. If you're just putting out your footy and you're getting shit, you'll make it regardless, because people will see how much you love this shit, like it'll show in your skating, it'll show in what you do.

Speaker 2:

And I feel like I still have a lot to prove and I just can't wait to prove it. And I got footy that's coming out soon that I'm hyped up, but I still need to get more and I'm just excited for the future. I just went to the chiropractor, bro I'm getting, because, like Dude, my whole back was fucked up, bro, like my hips are like lopsided and shit, and I always thought like I wasn't good at switch skating because I was just being like I'm good at switch skating because I was just bad at switch. But it's literally, I'm unbalanced bro, I'm literally just unbalanced. So, like now that I'm getting fixed, I feel like I'm gonna get a lot better and she's just gonna go.

Speaker 3:

I'm just gonna go crazy.

Speaker 2:

So it's basically like skating the whole opposite way. Like I'm a goofy skater, like I'm a goofy goober, I be just fucking. So I push with like my right foot on the top and like I keep my right foot on the top you know what I mean and like switch skating would be the opposite if I would have my left foot at the top and then push with my right foot. So like I like skating switch. But it's a lot fucking harder, you know. And I like broke my leg when I was like 11 skating bro, and like I never really recovered from that Because I had a fucking cast from, like I had a cast from my toe to up here bro.

Speaker 1:

And I just broke my shin. How did you break it?

Speaker 2:

What trick were you doing? I was just trying to ollie off this little bullshit ramp, like at the skate park when I was 11. Like thinking, I'm the shit, like, not even like, whatever, I just like fuck it. I'll try this little ollie Learning the basics broke his leg, dude. Yeah, and like if I would have stopped there, bro, like I would have never made it to where I'm at now, bro.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's so crazy. Sorry, it's rough. Finish the story of the 11 year old breaking his leg, Dude yeah, dude, so fucked up.

Speaker 2:

So I'm just at the skate park and, like I didn't know what to do at the time I think I was literally like just clueless of what to do. Fuck it, I just do this big old ollie right now. And then I don't know what happened, bro, but I just remember being on the ground and literally my leg was just like just numb as fuck, like I couldn't feel it, like like if I would touch it my shoe would just tingle like crazy. And I was like yo, this is not right. And like and like, literally I went to the hospital after and my shoe was broken. Like it was like, dude, I was so weak back then I probably never drank milk or anything, bro Like literally, like my foot chopped in half, like the top bone and the middle bone, like they like hit each other, like I probably just got a fat ass shinner and just like, like just crack my shit. Both the bones, the tibia and fibia, just cracked. Did you know that?

Speaker 1:

like a clean break. Heals faster, much faster than a fracture yeah, really Damn. So it's better to fully break your bone? No, yeah.

Speaker 2:

To fracture your bone. Yeah, like spraying, you mean right, like I sprayed my ankle so many times. So like I feel you, but I don't. I don't feel you at the same time. You know what I mean. He probably wasn't drinking enough milk.

Speaker 2:

No yeah, no cap though, bro. When I was little I was not for that healthy. All I would do is eat candy. Bro, I used to eat so much fucking candy. I had so much cavities when I'd go to the dentist Like it was not funny, bro, I had so many fucking cavities Whoa.

Speaker 3:

I'm trying to be healthier now.

Speaker 2:

I'm trying to be a healthy pro skater now.

Speaker 3:

So I would you say like your progression went from being like amateur skater to pro skater.

Speaker 2:

Dude, I still feel like I'm a am Sad to say it, bro Like literally, like, bro, shout out to Badgreys for giving me this board. But like there's a lot of amateur skaters that are way better than me, bro, and I'm not afraid to say it, bro, because I look up to them too. You know like I want them to have a board too, and like I feel like like I don't fully deserve this all the time, but like I know I could do some dope shit too, you know, so it's like, and I've always wanted to be a pro skater. So, like when they gave this to me, it's not like I'm going to say no, not like I'm a say no, like I don't want this. You know, I'm going to just have to keep proving myself to like why I deserve this. You know what I mean. Like that's all I got to do, but like I still feel like I'm an amateur, bro, like even when you went like as being a pro, like I still feel like I'm an amateur. You need to keep that hunger in you.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, definitely. Like you get to the top and you feel like you know you made it. That's when you start. How many of your favorite music artists get buzzing on the top of the charts and, all of a sudden, their music starts falling off? And everybody says man, I like the older blah blah blah, like the newer blah blah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, not true. Not, yeah, that's true. That's definitely true, bro, you just got to stay hungry, bro. And like I'm just so humble, like I could like, like when I met Cody Sopeta too, I told him I was like I was like bro, you should be pro. And he, yeah, shout out to Cody Sopeta man, he's a man, because he literally won the whole battle at the Barracks, bro, the best flat ground contest ever. And like, when I met him, I was so hyped to meet him because of that and I told him, like bro, you should be pro. And he was like I don't feel like I'm pro, and that just like stuck in my head because like he's like way better than me.

Speaker 2:

I feel like you know, and it's just like, it's just like, but like I feel like I should be pro, you know, but I don't. At the same time, just because this is my dream, I'm not going to say no to it. You know what I mean when someone's trying to just give it to me. You know what I mean, but it just like I just have, like hella, respect to everybody else that doesn't have a board. Still, that it's better than me, you know, because they deserve one. And like I don't want nobody to hate on me because I have one, you know, and they don't when they're way better than me, you know, and that's how I feel sometimes, but it's like I just got to show I improved to why I should deserve this.

Speaker 3:

You know you sound like a lot of people like should we like not hate you, but should I, like you know, hate towards you? No, yeah, and they do, bro.

Speaker 2:

It's just so sad because, like the Chicago and that's something you shouldn't worry about.

Speaker 3:

man just skate, and that's what I do, bro. I just skate, literally.

Speaker 2:

That's why my name is Mella with me and like I am how I am, Like literally, like just the other day, bro, I was at a skate event in Chicago and like, bro, just Chicago in general, bro, they're just a lot of skate haters, bro. People just hate here. I don't know why. Like, there's a lot of love but there's a lot of hate too, you know. And like, a long time ago I was I'm not going to say no names or anything but I was just trying to be part of, or they wanted me to be part of, this skate shop, like the manager did, right, the manager of the skate shop wanted me to be part of the team, but the whole team wasn't really fucking with my style, supposedly, and like, these dudes, they're all really good too and whatever, and I thought they were cool.

Speaker 2:

But after I heard that I was like, whatever, you know, it's cool, like they're just not fucking with me. But then, literally, like just one of them blocked me for no reason because I found out about that and shit, and they're just so goofy, bro, like, why would you block me? Like, literally, I like to see you skating, even if you hate me, bro, because even if someone hates on me, I can't hate on them back bro. You know, they're just like I'm not a hater, they're just not in my blood To a different type of energy.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 3:

Like oh, you gotta be proud that you got this board on the table.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I gotta be proud. I am proud.

Speaker 3:

Before you reach out to you.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah.

Speaker 3:

And if people hate on you, then fuck them.

Speaker 2:

Nah yeah, fuck them. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no I'm not saying I'm not saying you need to fuck them, like you. Nah, yeah, I feel you though.

Speaker 3:

Screw them, but like if someone's hating on you for your accomplishment. I mean, you've been working. Like you just said. You broke your leg when you were 11 years old.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, dude, I've been in paragraphs, bro, in school I just want to be a pro skater. Like this is my dream. Like whenever the teacher would give an assignment like oh, what are you going to be when you grow up? Or like this, and that I just write that whole paragraph why I should be a pro skater. And I would even write like because when I was 11, I broke my leg and I didn't stop then, like I should like that, bro, you're just like.

Speaker 3:

Nah, that's where you get your home. You're in your drive. I mean, like you broke your leg and you said you have to cast from your ankle all the way up to your thigh. From my toe to my thigh, yeah, like that's insane, it was tough, bro.

Speaker 2:

It was in the winter time, yeah, and there's slippery on the crutches, bro, not cool. Yeah, well, you overcame that right.

Speaker 3:

And now you're this. Now you went from having to pro right, yeah, and you're in. Honestly, I think you're going to get a big company like Adidas and Nike or Supreme. That's why I gave you these Supreme sweatshirts.

Speaker 2:

I shot at the women.

Speaker 3:

When you came to give me carts and stuff number one. I fucking love that because I really need someone like to be there, like right away, especially if I want to get stoned. And you're on the freaking call, man. And every time you came I was like I got to reward this good and like he's good at fucking skating, I'm going to give him his first Supreme hoodie. You know what I mean. Then you came again. I was like I don't fuck with Supreme that much. I'll give him an R one. Yes, man, I'll give him an R one. Now you can use all of those Supreme shirts.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, now you're not cap.

Speaker 3:

It's like to gain exposure because you have drip.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, People fuck with the drip man you have to drip out.

Speaker 3:

Drip out and you got style man yeah you might be a goofy Uber baby.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, sorry. No, that's what's up, man. No, yeah, definitely bro. I definitely appreciate it, man, because what's crazy about skateboarding is skaters or people want to see you dress, fly as fuck while you skate too. That's why people dress like the craziest way and do some crazy dope shit, because when you stand out a little bit, it just takes you a longer way.

Speaker 3:

I feel like that's why I'm fucking with the neon right now Bro try to stand out. It's kind of like a Yuto Haragami.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love you bro.

Speaker 3:

He's skating all the expensive SBUs.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, that's what's up. Man Like the Chunky Donkeys and everything, and now he's got his own duck.

Speaker 3:

Now he's got his own dog.

Speaker 2:

That's what's up. You know what?

Speaker 3:

I mean Yuto's fired man. He's got some good movies.

Speaker 2:

He's got some good tricks, man, he's got some good tricks? No, yeah he inspired me to do the Nali 270 to board slide. I did that shit like a year or two ago, bro, and I haven't done it since. It's so crazy, bro, because when you learn a trick, it's like you didn't learn that trick. You got it's rented for a day. You literally got to really go back and learn that, relearn that shit get that shit on lock. Yeah, bro, it's shit's rented. Bro, you got to work for that shit again bro.

Speaker 3:

When have you ever felt completely star struck on?

Speaker 2:

a skateboard. Like by skateboarder.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Like by a pro skater, like a pro skater Dude. When I met Wade DeSarmo on fucking Barcelona, bro, that shit was crazy dude.

Speaker 2:

Like just being out there. Yeah, so I went out there to skate in Barcelona. Dude, it's so cool. Just shout out to the homie, corey from Trabajondo, second trot media. That's the homie. He knows a bunch of cool spots out in Barcelona, so he invited me to go and I can't say no to that dude. I was like hell, yeah, let's go. And when I was out there, bro, it's like a whole different life. It's just so beautiful out there.

Speaker 2:

It was all expensive, faders, oh hell no, I paid for that shit myself, bro. I paid all that shit myself.

Speaker 1:

Girl you got to invest in yourself.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you got to invest in yourself, bro. Literally like most of the shit I do, I invest in myself, bro. Like I bought my own cameras, the unlights and shit. Well, I actually shout out to my ex, or by me my lights. But now you have, bro, when I be leaving leaving my crib, bro, I'd be leaving with a camera bag, two lights and I just strap bro. I just got so much shit, bro, and it's ridiculous.

Speaker 3:

Just got to work with someone that's filming you while you're skating, but when you're on the move.

Speaker 2:

Shout out to my homie, my, we are the move. Shout out to my homie, my bro, he'd be following me while I skate. Literally he just pushes Like while I push too and just try to stay low, you know, and get that good angle. Shout out to my homie.

Speaker 3:

Mao bro. So it's another personal skateboard.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, no, definitely.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, usually it's my homie, Mao, and Mao is like, he's like, like he could be my dad bro, he's like 40 already and like I love him, bro, he's still be skating a little bit too, you know, and like, whenever he gets tired he'd be like let me just film you, I got you. That's a good friend to have. No, yeah, definitely, bro, he's the sickest bro. He's definitely like one of my main dudes.

Speaker 2:

I just be like filming with and chilling with and like, and it's usually just me and him on missions, bro, like, because people don't be down on the skate like that, bro, people would say they want to skate and then I'll be like let's go to the city and they'll be like, nah, that's doing too much. You know, because I got to drive an hour to the city and back and I usually I'd be driving an hour and back, like it's so funny, like my homie that stays out there. He's like I'm calling you the hour boy, Second US, just take an hour to get anywhere, bro. And literally I have to drive an hour to get to Fargo, like the indoor skate park too and then just like either that either there I go to Fargo or I go to Chicago or anywhere else. I'm just always busting missions bro.

Speaker 1:

So was Barcelona, your first time skating outside of the country.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, bro, I mean why skating in Mexico, mexico was sick. Like I got to skate there because I would go with, like with my family when I was little, and like over there I was just in the rancho and like it's funny. So, because I was literally like an alien to them too, because nobody's seen skating out there either. So all these little kids are coming at me like yeah, like like you're a pro, you're a professional for real. Like like I could tell, like before I even was like really like, because like I would just be like, like going crazy, like doing Oli's and just bombing these crazy ass hills over there. Like over there is really fun to skate to.

Speaker 2:

But but like Barcelona is just way different because over there there is other skaters. Like over there there's crazy motherfuckers, bro, that are like like like 30 and 40, that are going dumb crazy still, bro, and that should just inspire me to like to skate like forever bro, because these motherfuckers are old and they're still skating every day. Like it's nothing bro, like it's just so, so beautiful to see, bro, because everybody just gets together at Mach Blaine skates and it's just like a whole vibe and like everybody just so good I got.

Speaker 1:

I got two questions for you, one about Barcelona. Did you notice off the bat like any cultural differences compared to America, not just in the skating community, but just the people in general?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean the. He'd be saying poppy, poppy and I, funny as fuck, they be calling me poppy, like dudes be calling me poppy. I'm like chill, chill, this is funny as fuck, bro. Like I picked up a board and gave it back to homie like the skater he's like I said puppy and I was like yo, chill, I did not expect that, bro, it was funny as fuck.

Speaker 1:

You about to smack someone with his board real quick? No, that's, it was just funny as fuck to me brother. But a second question I had. You know where else would you want to want to go? You know, after going to Barcelona setting that bar so high.

Speaker 2:

I mean, yeah, dude, there's so many places I want to go. Like I want to go to Tokyo, for sure, be dope, like Japan, but like I feel like I'd be so lost out there, bro, I need to go with somebody that knows out there and, like you know, in Japan they got a lot of English speakers, oh yeah, but I feel like I'd still be confused as fuck, bro, I'd be so confused, oh you go get your phone out.

Speaker 1:

Look at that. Google translator through the camera.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, the signs through your phone, yeah, yeah, we'll figure it out, maybe one day.

Speaker 3:

I wouldn't go to Tokyo by myself. That, that's just me. I wouldn't know what to do.

Speaker 1:

I would love to go to Japan.

Speaker 3:

I would go, but I would bring.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, you got it.

Speaker 3:

I wouldn't go by myself.

Speaker 2:

You're too scared, not too scary.

Speaker 3:

But it's like what if you don't hit the right spots?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, true, I don't know. I feel like. I feel like you put me anywhere, bro, I'm going to look for friends first, no, yeah, you know, looking for friends, what you doing today. I'm new Help brother out, let's, I'll buy you a meal, bro. Like, show me some place that's a sub.

Speaker 2:

No yeah, that's a sub. No, that's why I love skateboarding too, because it's so easy to make friends. I'm skateboarding like. I met so many cool people in Barcelona just by skating, like this one dude named the plug is doing it. He is the coolest motherfucker ever I think his name is Diego, though I'm pretty sure but he was just like 30 something to and just so good at skating, bro, and like I was, I was told him because I was trying to do a trick and he was trying to do a trick.

Speaker 2:

I was like I'll film you if you film me, type shit, you know. And like that's how skaters are bro. Like if you got my back, I got church, type shit, you know. So it's like so like he was filming me do this trick and like I landed my shit and then I was filming him do his and like he was like doing this crazy manual trick and he was struggling bro, and like it was funny, he's like. He was like like just exhausted on my bro to drink some fucking water. He said, no, no water till I get it. I know what it's like, get it, I know. I was like, bro, you're funny, so funny bro. That's awesome.

Speaker 3:

You've been a barcelon, you got to see, like, different cultures and different skaters. Yeah, where have you been around the United States when it comes to skating? Like, have you just been around the Chicago area?

Speaker 2:

No, I actually did go to California a couple of times. California is definitely sick to skate. Got to skate Hollywood high. I skated the 12, though not the fucking 16. I was too scared to skate the 16 at the time but I definitely want to go back and skate that shit. But I got a little 50 50 in front lip on the on the Hollywood 12. So I was hyped on that and I did that a little while ago too. So I was still when I was little. I was still I'm still hyped on that. But I definitely want to go back to the toe over there.

Speaker 2:

And what's sick is in Manhattan Beach too. I got to 50 50 this big old rail like right on the beach and it got to be in thrash your bro like, like in the actual magazine bro, and I couldn't believe that shit. It was so dope Like like that shot out to bad grease for making that happen too, bro. That's like one of my biggest dreams that's ever been accomplished is being the actual thrash your mag Like. My next goal is just to have like a video part for real, like I'm the actual thrash your mag. So that's that's what I'm working on right now Just getting some dope ass clips for that.

Speaker 3:

Have you reached out to thrash her?

Speaker 2:

I mean, the bad grease homie got to connect. I don't, I don't know anything about them, you know.

Speaker 3:

I mean, yeah, it doesn't hurt till I shoot you.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they probably won't message me back.

Speaker 3:

Listen, listen it's not what you know, it's what you can prove, no yeah.

Speaker 1:

I feel, you?

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, I feel you Like. They put me in the magazine and that's just that. Just that, just enough, you know, like I don't need to bother.

Speaker 3:

I messaged a few people and people are like, yeah, he's probably not going to message you back. Dude, messages me back in like 30 minutes.

Speaker 2:

Oh shit, no, that's what's up. I mean, yeah, definitely like say fuck it. You know, sometimes just shoot it, but you really got nothing to lose, I am.

Speaker 1:

But, also, your manager got to do business with the other business, people at thrash, or you know right, right together these plans and deals and you know money moves. Yeah, to get you sponsored by thrasher.

Speaker 3:

So you want to hear something crazy about your age?

Speaker 2:

Yes, sir.

Speaker 3:

Never broke a bone.

Speaker 2:

Really that's, crazy.

Speaker 3:

I never broke a bone in his body.

Speaker 2:

I think he tore his ACL though. So I mean that's close enough, that's fucking worse.

Speaker 3:

I feel like it's definitely worse Not yet. I'm just saying like his body is like made of like fucking metal.

Speaker 2:

Like that dude's gnarliest. Fuck bro. I'm trying to get on his level with the big rails that he's skating, for sure. I'm trying to just get some big ass shit.

Speaker 3:

He has like a whole crew and stuff like that's what you're, that's what you're reaching for is a crew.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, and it's cool because whenever I go to the city, like, I do meet up with some people out there randomly. Like just go to Grant Park and find random homies. I shot the homie Michi he be scared with me, bro. You got face tasks and all these. He looked like the hardest motherfucker ever, bro. He's the nicest person you'll ever meet, bro, and I love that shit. I love that shit, bro, because when I first met this dude at the skate park, like I was scared to talk to him, like I didn't want to fuck with him, bro, and then, like, like eventually we just became friends because, like, like I just got to realize he's actually a cool ass person, you know, and that's that's just like goes to show that you can never judge a book by its cover, bro. Okay, that's just crazy.

Speaker 3:

But your art kind of like compares to his art. You know rappers, like you know they're like oh, I vibe with you. You know you're cool, you know this, you skate. And when you skate like there's probably people are like I vibe with this guy. You know he's cool, like it's he's chill. Damn, he's good as fuck. You know what I mean. Or you say, damn that guy's good as fuck and I feel like it's like this, Like it's like you guys really climbing this mountain, you're trying to get to this operate.

Speaker 2:

Yes, sir.

Speaker 3:

You're always going to think that guy is better than you and that guy is always going to think you're better than.

Speaker 2:

That's what it's going to be, that's how it be most of the time. But I mean, I try to look at, like, like I said, like people's as people skating and people's artwork that whatever they do, it's like it's. I try not to compare people's stuff, you know, and just like everybody's on their own vibe and everybody's on their own level, you know like you just got to appreciate what they got. You know, like if you don't fuck with it, then you just don't fuck with it, you know.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, everything you're saying you sound like super optimistic, super positive. I wouldn't say that, that seeing other people is like oh, he's better than me, so it pushes me. I think it's just when you see that dope energy or dope talent, it pushes you to bring something out. It's not necessarily to be better, but just to get on that level.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, I wasn't trying to say like that. I was trying to say like, like in their head, like they're probably thinking like, oh, this guy is better than me.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, I feel you, though. No, I understand. I feel you though, because like that's how my homies think of me, sometimes too.

Speaker 1:

I understand exactly what you're saying, but also, I think, feeding off the energy of just impeccability, and that's how you usually eat.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's how you usually eat.

Speaker 1:

You know, like, like it isn't status, it's just that energy, that art that you love, and then seeing somebody with that same art just Giving you good energy, fuels you to fucking do the same Like you know, it's not it's not a it's not a matter of Of competition, even it's just a matter of doing what you love together. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2:

And that's how it should be, bro, because, like literally the other day, like when I went to the city, like Uh, we, we went to go street skating in the homie michi, he wanted to fucking ride away Like Ali off some, like like some shit off the street and I wasn't trying to take impact and I was like man, if this dude gonna skate it, then fuck. I got it skated too. You know, I was like fuck it and I sense it and I got a dope trick that I'd never, ever done, you know, and just because the homie was trying some shit like if the homie was never trying some shit, it would have never inspired me to try some shit.

Speaker 1:

You know, oh yeah, influence.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, dude. Shout out to the homie man michi, he's, he's a dude for real.

Speaker 3:

What are you, uh, what are you most proud of like what? What trick, what, uh, what clip you've made.

Speaker 2:

Dude, I have. I do the back heel, back heel late big spin or back heel late shove, whatever, whatever the fuck you want to call it. That's probably my, my favorite trick I've ever done. Um, that one was on the barracks too, so that that one got a lot of clout for show. But I mean just like laser flips, dude. I love when I do a laser flip because those are hard as fuck, like just a lot of tricks have done. We're gonna see.

Speaker 3:

We will. We will see what they are?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I sent you. I sent you the clip, so I'll show you what clips.

Speaker 3:

But yeah, here, you're how old.

Speaker 2:

I am 23.

Speaker 3:

So you're 23, you got your whole life.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I still feel like I'm old bro, but I gotta remind myself I'm not.

Speaker 3:

You got your whole life out of you and I believe that you're gonna have a crew. I believe you're gonna be able to just go outside and say I want to go skate and, like you, just text your homies and like they're ready to go and they're gonna have the cameras, are gonna have the lightning if it's nighttime, you know You're gonna get some cool clips. You know Big brands are gonna start to recognize you. What brand do you? Do you really want to recognize you?

Speaker 2:

I mean, there's a lot of brands that I want, but I really want adidas right now, bro, I'm talking with it man.

Speaker 3:

There's no skaters. She's skated, he does.

Speaker 2:

What do you mean, bro? The whole adidas team came to chicago, bro, and it was like a whole vibe.

Speaker 3:

There's like no main skaters, like you know. Like nike has a janet janet scousk here or whatever, and then or the other night, joe, what is adidas?

Speaker 2:

Oh, felipe Gustavo, bro, felipe Gustavo is one of my favorite skateboarders ever, and he rides for, do you?

Speaker 3:

have his own shoe.

Speaker 2:

Uh, no, but the Sean, uh, what's taisan? I mean that was gonna say the Sean. Taisan, jones man, he's the man, bro. He. He has his own adidas shoe, bro. He's one of the. He's a legend. He's a legend from new york, bro. Like, like people fuck with him hard, and like he's one of the best skateboarders ever. He rides for supreme too, bro. Shout out to him, bro, and like.

Speaker 3:

I stand corrected.

Speaker 2:

I'm just saying, like you just don't know the team bro, yeah, I don't know. Adidas team I don't know adidas team bro, I fuck with adidas man.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's but like adidas don't want me.

Speaker 2:

I'll take nike. I'll take dc.

Speaker 3:

You don't hear that a lot, though, like adidas being a skateboarding brand.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah, it's just because they got day one two. Day one song is like one of my favorite skateboarders and they have the Gans, fucking marganzales, bro. The gans, like they're just straight. Oh geez, bro, just straight, oh geez that. Like when they all came to Chicago and I got to meet them, it was just a vibe and cut, shout out to carl Watson, the manager, like, and it was so fucked up because I was wearing bands at the time. So, like when I met the manager, car Watson, I was trying to do a heel flip from board down the eight at grant and and I was getting so close and everybody was going crazy because I was getting so close, doing this crazy trick, right, and and uh, carl Watson was about to leave and he wanted to see me do it and I was like I was a broke, if I do it right here, would you give me on adidas? And he's like, yeah, if you do it right here. And then, and then I just missed it I was like Fuck.

Speaker 2:

But like before, he said that he looked at my shoes too and just looked disappointed that I was wearing bands and I was just like Fuck. So like now. That's why I just be rocking, rocking straight adidas, bro, like I have too many pairs of adidas right now, what's your best year to use to skate with adidas? Dude, there's the tachan. The tachan's are fire, for sure, but these, these ones are fired too. I like these. These are the fucking the bush knits. Yeah, that's it. Bush knit Legend too, bro, these are fire.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I don't know any of these people, I only know Nike SP.

Speaker 2:

Yeah there's too many OGs in the game, bro, like I. I I know some of them, but I still don't know all of them yet too. But I, I should definitely know all of them.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, because you're gonna get sponsored one day, bro, that's for sure.

Speaker 2:

No, yeah so.

Speaker 3:

So I mean we're getting close. It's an end of this. But, bro, like I, I'm really happy I met you. You know it was like you know like it was. It was like quick and easy at first and then we began like to have a good friendship. But I could hit you up and then you actually taught my nurse how to roll a joint. Oh, it's so funny, no cap though it was coming as fuck to, you Like, and you do this, and you do that, and she now she knows how to roll joints.

Speaker 2:

That's what's up. No, yeah, mech said. Mech said when I rolled a joint he's like damn bro, I never seen nobody do it that fast. So you get this shit so quick and easy. Man, I do the net first. I used to struggle with rolling and my hands will be shaking and shit, and like now it's just easy. You know, it's like shit is always gonna be hard at first, you know, but you just gotta just roll with the punches and just keep going and that shit gets easier, bro, she gets easier.

Speaker 3:

I know. I just feel like our friendship has evolved. You know, like you always, you always tell people good things about me, which is I appreciate that 100%. I got your back I always tell people, people great things about you.

Speaker 2:

Especially you. I appreciate you, brother.

Speaker 3:

Skating man like you're just skating is impeccable.

Speaker 2:

I appreciate that bro.

Speaker 3:

I don't know if that's like. Okay for me to say.

Speaker 2:

No, this is I appreciate it, bro. It's perfectly, perfectly fine. I appreciate it a lot, dog.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, I know, but like I feel like you need more recognition. I feel like you need to get the recognition.

Speaker 2:

I appreciate you, and I appreciate that so much, bro too. We got a long way to go, man. We got a long way to go.

Speaker 3:

I wouldn't give you all those sweaters. If I didn't believe in you, I wouldn't be completely honest with you.

Speaker 2:

No, and I do. I appreciate that so much. Dog, that means like the world to me, like just.

Speaker 3:

No, I think we have one more right how we do.

Speaker 1:

I don't know. We just talking about the light blue one, you want me to grab right now.

Speaker 3:

Don't grab it.

Speaker 2:

Man, you're the best Max, I swear.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, man, haha, just trying to get you all through. You know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

Hey man. Shout out to my mom, though my mom's the one who really Really made me into the man I am, and it's still still making me the man I am. Shout out to my mom she's in Mexico right now living it up.

Speaker 1:

Max's generosity supersedes him once again. Damn that shit is crazy, bro.

Speaker 2:

He gave you the grand. This is my favorite color too, bro.

Speaker 3:

No more supreme shit. That's all I got. That's crazy. It's cleared out, that's crazy.

Speaker 2:

Can't put this shit down right now. Put it on Put it on man Jeez.

Speaker 1:

You don't need to be sponsored by supreme when you friends with Max.

Speaker 3:

I believe in you 100% Gee Always have. That's why I be giving these.

Speaker 2:

I appreciate you to the Max Max. Yeah man, you're gonna have to appreciate to the Max Max. That shit is crazy.

Speaker 3:

So, omar, what you say, you're living life to the Max man Hell yeah, brother, we live in life to the Max bro.

Speaker 2:

Oh, all the way.

Speaker 3:

You're free and this year's fine. You got new sweaters. You know it's getting cold out, Nah yeah, dude you just go in an area you get to go skate around.

Speaker 2:

Nah, yeah, bro, I'm gonna have to warm up real quick and get some dope shit. No cap.

Speaker 1:

I got a question that's been eating at me. What happened? Because this whole episode. You know you're super happy person, bro, Super positive person. I appreciate that the energy is what people need, bro. Everyone that has a friend group needs somebody like you and their friend group.

Speaker 2:

Dude.

Speaker 1:

I appreciate that, bro, I just wanted to ask you, like bro, not to be a Debbie Downer. But do you ever like go through trials of doubt and like disappointment and like Self doubt and just holding yourself back? You know there's fake ass thoughts that just weigh on us, dude.

Speaker 2:

That's everyday bro, that's just everyday for me, so what do you do when you feel this?

Speaker 1:

Like if you want to give an example, but like the main example I want to get at for the people, it's like what do you do to get your mind off it and push through and persevere, you know? And like what type of advice would you give to people that are feeling that shit?

Speaker 2:

Right. So, definitely, whenever you're feeling down, like you got to remember that you're not alone, first of all, that there's always somebody that loves you. Bro, like, whether it's like for me, I always think of my mom. Like I got to do this shit for my mom, bro, shout out to my mom Because, like I've been, I've been wanted, like I'll have thoughts of just wanting to fucking like off myself, but I could never do that because, like, how would my mom feel about that? You know, like that's, I could never do that to my mom. You know, like that, just that's just dumb, it's just dumb. So, like, like, anytime you have a bad thought, like just really dig that shit deep and just say, fuck that shit, I'm better than that and that's not who I am. And literally, like, just just you got to get all that. Like Just find the things you appreciate really, and I try to just count your blessings, bro, literally just count your blessings. Any little thing that that that you enjoy doing, do that shit to the max any what you know, any what?

Speaker 2:

Any shit you enjoy little thing. Yeah, any little little thing. It's the little things, bro, yeah.

Speaker 3:

Why are so little things that you forget about?

Speaker 2:

Dude, whenever I come home to like my little cat and like she, just she's just like I just fought laps on the ground and just wants me to pat her. I just, I just love that. That just makes my day dude. I just like this first. It's just the little things like that, bro. I just make my day like this is just like smoking by the water, bro. I just shit like that, just appreciate nature. Like fucking, just take some shrooms, bro.

Speaker 3:

See if you have fucking.

Speaker 2:

Trip the fuck out and appreciate life. A little bit more advice from eat some mushrooms.

Speaker 3:

Very habitual.

Speaker 2:

Nah, yeah, but like, just, I'm not saying do no drugs, but like, literally, like I just just appreciate life for what it is and and appreciate the little things.

Speaker 2:

Like, literally, like, count your blessings because, like, because, like you could, you could have everything, bro, and feel like you have nothing Because you're just so depressed, you know, and that's just so fucked up, bro, because a lot of people may have a lot less than you, bro, like, you always got to remember that, like now, everybody has what you have in your closet, like what I have in my closet.

Speaker 2:

You know, like I'm just fucking blessed and I, and I appreciate it so much that I just got to show out and like, and I can't let the people that Are looking up to me down, you know, like, I gotta do some dope shit for them, bro. I gotta do some dope shit for me because, because, like, this just makes me feel better. You know, like, like you really can't let your demons get to you, bro. I just don't let your demons get to you, because your demons will fucking bring you down, bro, if you let them. But you can't let that you. You can't let that shit get to you, bro. You just gotta say fuck them, man. You gotta say fuck the demons.

Speaker 1:

You heard it from Omar man. You heard it from Omar living the present and focus on the blessings you have now, and I feel like those demons happen. When you look too far in the future, you get lost from the present. I feel like those demons pop out when you're too far in the past. You know, when you get lost from the present and I feel like the blessings and the angels is when you focus on what you got right now. Right, what were you saying, max?

Speaker 3:

I was saying when he was talking about all that you said that someone always has it worse.

Speaker 2:

Look at me man. Oh yeah, nothing. I'm not trying to like put myself in this situation.

Speaker 3:

I feel you, bro, and I Like, like I, my life sucks too and I wake up every day with a fucking depression, insomnia, all that shit. But I try to live my life for Max and I like giving stuff to people that deserve it, like that's why I gave you all this.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, man, I appreciate you, bro, and you know you could always hit me up too, bro, whenever you're feeling down. Bro, I got I'll always have some shit to say to you, like to make you laugh or whatever. But you know I got your back because everybody needs that homie. Like that, bro, you know, like, like I have homies too that I just be when I be down, like I have homies that just fuck with me and just make me laugh, like shout out to the homie Alexis, bro, the Alexis the the day one homie that we just be going to the gym together and shit and just be cracking me up. You know, just like, just like you just fucking, literally just.

Speaker 2:

And even at work, bro, like with coworkers, is, just try to crack jokes, just try to do any little thing that'll make make, just pass the positivity. Just crack a little joke, just get the good vibes going and try to just just not focus on the bed, bro, not focus on the bad, because, like you could, you could dwell on, dwell on the past and everything. But like what, what good does that do you? You know I really just got to live in the present and just be appreciated what you got and just roll with your blessings.

Speaker 1:

You know, just roll with the punches, whatever hits, you just gonna say you know, no matter what we're going through, we got to keep pushing through this crazy thing called life.

Speaker 2:

Right we got to keep pushing.

Speaker 1:

Whether we're in a bad mood we're gonna keep pushing, whether in a great mood we're gonna keep pushing. But I feel like the difference is when we're in a bad mood and we force that push, we have like a watered-down result of the things that we need to do, you know and when we're full of joy and laughing with our people along the way and we're still pushing through. Then we got this polished fucking beautiful thing that we're pushing with.

Speaker 2:

You know what I'm saying Everything is better done with yeah, like yeah, everything's better done with, like a good mood, you know. So just try to stay in a good mood. Whatever gets you there, just try to stay there, you know, oh yeah we're all.

Speaker 3:

We're on this roller coaster called life and the sky is ups and downs and the sea has Loops and ups and downs, and fast, and all this stuff. I guess what this roller coaster does is stop.

Speaker 1:

I'm gonna keep my hands up on this roller coaster right, yeah, just keeps going. All right yo hey, it was great having you man. Yo look at your camera, tell the people your name, give a little message, if you want, and say you're living life to the max.

Speaker 2:

Hey, that's what's up. All right, man, it's your boy, omar Sandoval, also known as mella, with me and you know, I just want to say just Whatever you're doing life, just do what you love, and don't let nobody Tell you different. Bro, like I've had so many teachers tell me that I couldn't be what I could be, and people tell me what I couldn't be. And I am what I am. I'm a pro skater, you know.
