Ever been so desperate for peace? Just wanted your mind to stop racing and worrying about everything. Well God tells us in the verse we discuss in this episode exactly how to deal with this. In fact, you can see it sort of like a formula or math equation and it makes perfect sense. When we put this into practice this in our day to day lives, we can see anxiety and worry leave our minds and bodies and we can welcome a divine peace that surpasses all understanding. Peace that makes no sense!

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬
