The Productivity Paradox: Examining Why We Don’t Do What We Want to Do (w/ Sophie Chiche)

Season 3 Episode 17

Why do we do the things we do? Why are we often NOT able to do what we want to do? And what makes us think of productivity and success in the way that we do?

On today’s episode, productivity expert Sophie Chiche joins us to break down the Productivity Paradox – examining why it can be so hard for us to be productive, and the surprising factors that make it that way for us.

Through our illuminating, light, and soulful conversation, Sophie draws on her decades of experience to help show the way to real happiness and fulfillment, rooted in productivity with purpose. Surprisingly, we may discover that this form of productivity has little to do with the rat race, or keeping up with the Joneses. Rather, purposeful productivity springs from a place of self-love, where we consider ourselves worthy of feeling good and finding real success, and builds on top of the foundation of knowing what's deeply important to us.
