On November 25, 1997,  two days before Thanksgiving 🦃, Earl and Terry Robertson, both 49, were found brutally slaughtered inside their home in Rock Hill, South Carolina, a flourishing suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina.

They, along with their two sons, were a respectable family, churchgoing and successful.  Yet someone had wanted them dead, badly enough to cut Terry's throat and crush Earl's skull with a claw hammer.  Suspicion swiftly fell on the couple's eldest son, Jimmy Robertson, 24 at the time, who had recently moved back in with his parents.  They made him a party-ready bachelor pad in their basement, including a fireplace and pool table.  After graduating high school with honors, Jimmy had taken a wrong turn, flunking out of college, spiraling downward into drug and alcohol abuse and petty crime.  Were Jimmy and his brother Chip involved in their parent’s murder?  The inheritance was over 2 million….Join Amanda and Pam as they discuss today’s case of greed and privilege.
