Breaking Free from Gambling: Addicted to the Rush
Some “adrenaline junkies” chase their thrills by climbing mountains, racing cars, or skydiving. This week Nate Dewberry talks with a recovered gambling addict about how he got hooked, how he nearly lost everything, and how he overcame his addiction. The big key, he says, has been the loyal support of family and friends, who continue to help him resist temptation and fill the surprisingly large time void that gambling left behind.
