The Redeemed Man

You Can’t Heal from What You Keep Hidden

Paul Amos Season 4 Episode 2

Shortly before Christmas, you heard a special holiday message from Jordan Thome, a West Point grad who works with the men’s ministry at his church in Cincinnati. In this week’s podcast, Nate Dewberry circles back with Jordan to talk about his own faith upbringing and the times he fell short of truly living for God, as well as his current life and how he lives out his faith as a husband, father, and employee. Jordan also discusses his work with his church’s men’s ministry and the biggest problem he sees there—isolation. When men don’t have an outlet for deep conversations about their struggles or anxieties, he says, they can’t get free of them. It’s time for men to step up and get involved, both in their churches and in the lives of friends who need support and guidance.
