Send us a text

In this episode, we consider the readings for Proper 23, Year A:

Exodus 32:1-14 & Psalm 106:1-6,19-23; Isaiah 25:1-9 & Psalm 23; Philippians 4:1-9; Matthew 22:1-14.

We consider the construction of the golden calf, Isaiah's beautiful depiction of God's welcome provision for the oppressed, Paul's exhortation to the Philippians, and Jesus' parable of the wedding banquet.
