I spent many years working as a software developer at pension fund administrators. And, I got to see how little most people get to survive on. Pensions of less than R1,000 are not uncommon!

That, along with my crazy debt, was a wake-up call for me! Maxed out credit cards, overdraft, home loan and vehicle finance. Essentially earning a good salary but unable to make it through the month.

I managed to completely turn my finances around and am now debt-free, have an emergency fund, great cash flow, and healthy investments.

If I can do it, so can you!! That's why I started a blog and that's why I'm sharing these conversations on my podcast.
