Today is a very special episode, as we invite Nicole, to the podcast. Nicole is our host Melanie's niece, flying over from America to visit and tell her story in studio. Melanie and Nicole's family suffered a tragic event as they lost their Sister/Mother to a domestic event. Unfortunately, Nicole was there to witness this, as she protected her 2yr old sister in the process. Nicole goes through the events leading up to the day she lost her mom and the aftermath of her mental health journey/healing afterwards. We want to thank Nicole and her family for allowing us to share this story, in the hopes that we can help others experiencing the processes of grief too.
